College is too overrated and overvalued.

Placements: I did not get a good placement after completing this course. The average placement package is only Rs 2 to 2.5 lakh per year. There are only a few top hotels that come to campus for placements. If we do get a placement, we will initially get a small role. Almost all students do internships, and if we want to go abroad for an internship, we will have to go through an agency because companies from abroad do not come to the campus.

Infrastructure: The kitchen lab is good, and the labs are average. The classrooms are below average, and the hostel is average. The medical facility is good, and the ground for games is inside the campus. However, the electricity limit is very low.

Faculty: Some faculty members are good and will help us prepare for the semester exam, which is hard but 90% of students pass. If we don't pass, we get a chance to repair it. Some faculty have done PHD, which will prepare us for the industry at a basic level.

Other: The college should offer more practical courses. They have many events on campus, but you have to buy tickets to attend most of them. This course is good for students who want to go abroad, and the university provides scholarships for students who pass the LPUNEST exams.

Really good faculties but dissatisfied with 2019 placements.

Placements: Most of the students got placements. The course B.Sc. hotel management is a very good course. The Taj, the Oberoi, Hayat, and Intercontinental—these companies come for placements. Executive levels can also be offered by company but for only those who are really passionate about their work.

Infrastructure: WIFI is available, classrooms are good and libraries are there for 24/7. The central library and departmental libraries are also here. Nice hostels and kind of home food are provided by mess and canteen on the campus. Playgrounds are also there and many types of events are happening every week and every day.

Faculty: Teachers are so helpful; they will always coordinate with you, even if you're having some personal life issue or something finance-related. It totally helps to make us industry-ready by practical classes and every theory classes. We get all the experience here.

Other: This course is the best for those who want to travel all around the world.

I really enjoyed my college days at LPU.

Placements: The placements are very good at LPU, and many career opportunities are provided. Many well-reputed international companies visit the university for placements with good packages. Students need to work upon their own skills and knowledge in order to grab a good placements in reputed companies with negotiable packages.

Infrastructure: The campus has classrooms, labs, and a library, and the hostel has high-speed Wi-Fi. The infrastructure of Lovely Professional University is good as it is a private university established a few years back. Smart classrooms are also available here, which adds some more beauty to the campus. Hostels are well maintained and hygienic.

Faculty: The teachers are helpful, qualified and knowledgeable about the subjects they teach. The course curriculum is relevant and helpful to students to make them industry-ready, and the quality of teaching is good. They provide us with the best learning experience with their quality experience.

Other: The campus crowd is the best, and you can meet people from all over India in this college, like UP, Bihar, Andhra Pradesh, Haryana, Telangana, North-East etc.

Lpu is a very good college with good friendly environment and with good infrastructure.

Placements: All the students who got placement are now doing an internship in companies like Amazon, Interviewbit, SpringRole, RentoMojo, Rakuten, LeadSquare and many other companies. Placements are very good at LPU, many career growth opportunities are there, and many well-reputed international companies visit the university for the placements and offers good packages.

Infrastructure: The food in the hostels as well as in the food courts and canteen is also very good. Our library is one of the biggest, and there are many books in which most of the students can get that. No doubt that LPU is one of the best universities when it comes to the infrastructure.

Faculty: The course curriculum is relevant and helpful for students to make them industry-ready. The course curriculum is very relevant, Even the university provides additional subjects which can help in different phases of life. Teachers are helpful, qualified and knowledgeable about the subjects which they are teaching us and the quality of teaching is good.

Other: The thing which can be improved in this course is to exclude subjects which are not practically useful in coding competitions and for jobs in companies. LPU is one of the best universities that has great intuitions of extracurricular activities.

It provides good infrastructure and facilities.

Placements: Almost 40% of students from our course get placed. Due to COVID, the tourism industries are not that good. Otherwise, placements are quite good. The highest salary package offered in our course is 3.5 LPA, and the average salary package offered is 2.2 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 2 LPA. Top recruiting companies like Taj, Oberoi, Leela, Hyatt and Marriott visit our campus for placements. Almost all students from our course get an internship. Roles like Chef-Commi1, GRE front office associate and food and beverage associate are offered to the students.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our university is attractive, and in my course, it is quite good. The whole campus is covered with accessible Wi-Fi and the best library. The university has its own hotel, mall and library. The quality of food served is good as there is an option either you can go to mess or go with canteen. In sports, the university is very good. The university has its own hospital with professional doctors.

Faculty: Faculty members in our college are well-qualified. They have minimum 5 years of experience in their field. They are quite very helpful. The course curriculum is totally relevant, and it makes students ready for the industry. After doing an internship, students become more professional. Semester exams are not so difficult, and the way faculty taught makes it easier. Almost 85% of students pass the exams.

Other: I have chosen this course because I want to become a professional chef. The best thing you will become professional and dedicated to your work at the end of the semester. Our college should conduct some more competitions. Here may be a single day is there where you will not hear any function, or else events are organised by coke studio. The interaction with stars is quite common in lovely. Campus life is very good and enjoyable.

I am satisfied with studies but dissatisfied with the hostel and facilities paid for stadium entry.

Placements: I am a pass out student of 2020 batch. Almost 49% of the students got placements, and 254 students have registered for placements. The highest salary offered is Rs. 24,000 per month, the lowest salary offered is Rs. 10,000 per month and the average salary offered is Rs. 13,000-17,000 per month. Top recruiting companies of our college are Oberoi Hotels, Taj Hotel, ITC hotels, Oyo Rooms, St. Regis Mumbai, Pride Hotels, KFC, Taco Bell, Shangri-La, etc. Management trainee is the highest role offered by all recruiters. In our course, the highest salary offered is Rs. 22,000 per month, the lowest salary offered is Rs. 10,000 per month and the average salary offered is Rs. 13,000-17,500 per month. Almost 169 students out of 254 got placed, but not all students joined after selecting.

Infrastructure: Facilities of our college were satisfying. Labs are well-maintained, and the library is very accessible. The hostel is the worst, and the quality of the hostel is also low, with no proper maintenance. Canteen and mess food is not recommended since it is not made with cleanliness. There are rats and cockroach in halls. I would suggest better avoid hostel and take room outside the nearby university.

Faculty: Teachers were helpful in most situations. Quality of teaching is good. There are times when it becomes difficult to understand but can be cleared later. Students must always ask for a written paper to keep as proof in the case. This course is only for gaining the basic knowledge of the hospitality industry, but it does not make students industry-ready once finished.

Other: I have chosen this course to understand the hospitality sector. The best thing about this course is you can understand and choose which department or hotel is suited for you. Timing of the course should be adjusted properly, and also they should allow students to use laptops or digital papers which will be a great help for reducing paper waste and more efficient. Most of the events happen during class timings, and many major events get missed due to that. Other than that, all events and activities are good to participate.

Study in the lpu and life of students in it.

Placements: Godd placement, 70% of students are placed and the highest package of it was 22 Lacs and the lowest was 8000 pm, usually most of the 5 star category hotels have visited such as hayat, ritz Carlton, itc, every department was included for placement I. e fO, housekeeping, f&b.

Infrastructure: Most of the facilities are provided such as Wi-Fi, every dept has different labs, classrooms are having AC, projectors. Kiosks are there for food canteens are also in hostel, usually infrastructure has no problems to be faced. University is in 600 acres.

Faculty: Teacher are well educated and have good knowledge of subjects. PPT are used for studies books are not used during lectures. 3500+ teachers are in University with 20000+ students. Course subjects are usually related but we can have other options to choose as minor and major.

Other: Lpu fests, youthvibe, coke studio, scholarship is also privided with relate to 12th marks and entrance exams.

Placements: They are giving placement in most popular brands like Oberoi, Hyatt, Marriot and many more. They are also providing placement in cruise lines. The internship also provided with good brands. The placement staff is also good and helps to prepare students for interviews.

Infrastructure: India's best university structure, you will feel like you are studying in Foreign. There are 58blocks for different courses and hostels. There are 8boys and 6girls hostels. There is most beautiful campus cafe where all the students can chill. There is university mall for only college students.

Faculty: There are well-reputed and experienced faculty members, and the course curriculum is adequately maintained. All practical and lectures are sufficient to make students perfect diamond. The college is good regarding materials also in which live project given to students will help to analyse industry before going.
