Overall, LPU is one of the best universities with good faculty and campus with positive vibes.
Placements: Almost 85% of the students get placed in our college. The highest salary package offered was 4 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 2 LPA. Top recruiting is for lab work and speaking skills are a must. A student with a CGPA of 7.5 or above 7 got the internship. Internships depend upon the CGPA of students.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of LPU is fabulous. The Wi-Fi of LPU is fast. Labs are highly furnished. Classrooms are also furnished. The library of LPU is very big and has all types of books in it. Food available in the LPU hostel is good and the food in the canteen is so tasty. Medical facility of LPU is great. Everyone knows LPU is very good in sports.
Faculty: Faculty members of LPU are very good and polite. They always help students. The course curriculum is relevant and it makes students ready for industry. Semester exams are quite difficult and quite easy. It depends on how we study. If we study well, the exams are easy. If we don't study exams are difficult.
Other: I opted for this course because of my interest in it. I don't think any improvement is required for our course. In LPu, every event and fest is celebrated full of enjoyment. There is no much crowd.

A place with full of opportunities and exposures.
Placements: In comparison to other private universities, LPU is providing better placements and training. They have very good tie-ups with top most industries which visit for campus recruitments offering a good salary package. The students also get internships in their last year or last semester. But they charge separately for placement classes which is not a good part for the students. They also have some complex regulations for placements, which I feel is the bad part of LPU.
Infrastructure: From popular brand stores to the largest residential area, we have everything from an infrastructure point of view. You may not need to go outside for enjoyment or shopping, as everything is available on the campus itself. We have good and highly technical labs. We have research fields for agriculture and microbiology students which is separate from LPU.
Faculty: In my journey with the college for over a year, I must say I have got very good faculty members with overall good academic experience. They also have international recognition and have published research papers which makes them unique and best. Also, they have designed their curriculum in such a way that every student can pass and only with a little work you can score good CGPA.
Other: We have lots of fests and technical events in campus and also good Wi-Fi connectivity across the campus. We have got the opportunity to interact with lots of internationally reputed people like Dalai Lama, Gaur Goal Das and many other. You never feel bored in the campus.

LPU is rich in cultural diversity.
Placements: As far as placements of this particular course are concerned, most of the students have chosen higher studies or go in the field of research. LPU conducts separate placement classes for the students who want placements, and it provides good training regarding placements. They have some of the very good industry connections which recruits students on a regular basis with good salary package.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is good. Our campus is huge and clean with multiple facilities. Our college is quite large in area, but don't worry to roam around the campus. You need not put pressure on your legs as you can use student ventures inside the college for the same like E-rickshaw and Hexi Bikes.
Faculty: For this particular course, faculty members are very good. Almost all the faculty members have published their research papers, or they have some significant achievements in their particular field. There are regular industry visits, and the course is updated as things are changing every day. There is a huge central library where you can get all books, journals, and research papers, etc. There are many national and international level seminars on various topics, which help you to connect yourself with the outer world.
Other: LPU has rich cultural diversity which includes students all over the world. Some annual mega-fests like Youth Vibe, One world, and One India are held in LPU. It is one of the best time to showcase your talent. Everyday events are organised in LPU, and it is impossible to attend all the events. You can choose a few of them as per your interest. For most of the events, you have to pay minimal charges as these events are organised and managed by the students only.

Infrastructure: Campus infrastructure is at it's best because here more than 20,000 individuals are staying without facing any day to day life problems along with the good eyesight view of buildings and greenery which is maintained on daily basis. They provide good Wi-Fi 24 hour with best speed.24 hour ambulance for good hospital facility is present. Every games and adventure which you can think are easily available for an individuals.
Faculty: All the teachers are well qualified as I'm in medical related department so that all of my teachers is doctorate and many are post doctorate along with researchers. LPU is the best one for me, and other then studies, you will have fun in different activities.
Placements: Different companies come for placements, and anyone can sit in the placement drive. Some special training is given to the students for placements. These classes include fluent English speaking and many such common things that are tough before placements. It also depends on the luck if you are selected. LPU tries its best to get you placed.
Infrastructure: You will notice that buildings are asymmetrical and have a unique design. Each and every corner of the campus has Wi-Fi connectivity, including hostels. Every hostel has its own departmental store and canteens including food courts throughout the campus. When mess food bores you, then you can try out the food here. There's a central library where you can study up to 12 daily.
Faculty: The faculty members are very frank and very helpful. Almost everyone has a PhD degree, and some are PG holders. Sometimes, teachers are very strict with the students getting low marks. Students who score CGPA less than 5 in semester exams are focused on well in the class so that they score well next time.

Placements: There are no placements for B.Sc. in microbiology, as a student is required to do M.Sc. for getting good placements. This university is the best for doing M.Sc. in microbiology. They are having a good relationship with the good companies and the others sectors. Mainly this university let you stand on your start-up for entrepreneurship, where you can be able to fulfil your business level mind creativity.
Infrastructure: LPU has a good infrastructure. The quality of food is at it's best in the food courts. Here, non-vegetarian is not allowed in this university. There is no chance of any addiction or wrong habit. 24 hours medical facilities are available on the campus. The labs are the best, which are required by the students for their subject and the research work.
Faculty: Here, the faculty is having a good relationship with the students. They always like their students to get exposure in every extracurricular activity. Here, the teaching method is good, as the students get less pressure on making the notes. They know that what would be good for the students and accordingly they give their best.

Review of LPU - Lovely Professional University.
Placements: All eligible students got placed in our college. The salary packages depend on students' interests. Many laboratories and some famous brands visit our college to recruit students. Students will get jobs in leading food companies, pharmaceutical labs, etc.
Infrastructure: Students have the proper freedom in hostels. The food served in the mess is good. Free Wi-Fi is available in our college. Our college provides 24X7 medical facilities. Sports tournaments are held in hostels and our college. The hostel faculty members are available 24X7 for any help and support. They clean all rooms twice a week.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful. They help us with academics and extracurricular activities. They will do anything that helps us to improve in our studies. They provide PPTs, which are very helpful in revising the topics which are covered. They provide E-books for reference.

LPU is the top and best university in India.
Placements: The highest salary package offered in 2019 was 42 LPA, and the average salary package offered was 4 LPA. So, placements are good here, and top recruiting companies for our college are Amazon, Wipro, Cognizant, AWS, IBM, etc. Around 90% of the students get placed in respected companies, and many students got an opportunity for internships also. Our college provided 649 interview offers, jobs and benefits. For Lovely Professional University, I will give an overall rating of 3.8 stars out of 5 stars, and for skill development, 3.8 stars out of 5 stars. I will give a rating of 3.6 stars out of 5 stars for company culture, 3.5 stars for job security, 3.4 stars for work satisfaction, 3.4 stars for career growth, 3.3 stars for salary and benefits provided, 3.3 stars for work-life. About 91% of jobs have Monday to Saturday working days, while 4% of jobs have Monday to Friday working days. Other 3% of jobs are rotational shift jobs, and 2% of jobs have flexible timings of one shift from 9 am-5 pm, and another shift from 8 am-5 pm. Other employees got placed with day shift and night shift. About 1% of the students didn't get travel facility, and within city, about 76% of the students got placed. Within the country, 20% of the students got placed. In international, 4% of the students got placed. I have worked as a full-time assistant professor for 1.7 years in Jalandhar. Currently, I am not associated with LPU, and there will be a slow career enhancement. I suggest you to work very systematically and disciplined way. For jobs, you will get facilities like work from home, health insurance and the role of an assistant professor in Phagwara. I got a salary on time every month in LPU, and job security is important for any job. LPU gives job security if you do not commit any wrong thing as per policy. But career growth is very slow, and they do not give promotion to faculty members even they deserve it. The salary offered to faculty members is very bad, and it doesn't follow a rule of the salary scale. There is a negotiation during the hiring process.
Infrastructure: Air-conditioned classrooms are provided here, and the library is also provided, which is very quiet and good to study. For CSE, there are SAP labs, MAC labs and Google labs. The hostel facility is good, and all kinds of security measures are taken by our university for students. The food served in the mess is quite poor, but there are various food courts which has a variety of food items. So, you do not need to worry about that. There are highly Wi-Fi enabled hostels, and our college has a good atmosphere and exposure. Our university offers excellent accommodation within the campus, separately for boys and girls. The university understands the expectations of students who come here from a huge variety of cultural and geographical zones and perhaps leave their homes for the first time in their lives. The university ensures that they have a smooth and comfortable accommodation. There is a huge range of options which meet the needs of all students. In the hostels, there are rooms ranging from standard rooms to apartments, and students can opt for accommodation as per their convenience and choice. Hostels are major of two types. One hostel has standard rooms, which have lodges like arrangements where students can stay in a 4 sharing, 3 sharing, 2 sharing and 1 sharing rooms with an option of air-cooled or air-conditioning ventilation. These rooms also have an iron bed, study table, plastic chair, almirah and geyser. The second type of hostel are apartments which 4, 3, 2, 1 sharing rooms with attached washrooms. These facilities are provided to offer luxurious accommodation. The apartment has a common kitchen area, dining and lobby area. Some other features of apartments are wooden box bed, study table, plastic chair, almirah, air-conditioners and geyser.
Faculty: Teachers offer diverse work to you, whether you are willing or not, and you have to do it. However, it helps to learn something new. The work environment is time-bound delivery as it offered in the sales and marketing field. There is no scope for innovation because the infrastructure still does not supports it. Funding is also a big issue for doing research and innovation studies by faculty members. Increment policy is not transparent, and it totally depends on your boss that how you request them. In the HR division, staff members do not give value to ethics and don't give any justice like if you and others do the same work, then there are variations in salary among all. Some might get a salary of only Rs. 25,000 per month, while some may get a salary of Rs. 80,000 per month for doing same work. Sometimes students to whom you taught are hired by LPU with more salary than the teachers who taught them. If you complain about this issue to HR, then they will just pass the bill to other courts, and they don't take any action. I will give 2 stars out of 5 stars for it.
Other: Lovely Professional University has got 99th rank overall by NIRF 2020 and ranked as 101 overall by NIRF 2019. For pharmacy, LPU is ranked as 29 by NIRF 2020 and ranked as 27 by NIRF 2019. For MBA, is ranked as 49 by NIRF 2020 and 52 by NIRF 2019. For B.Tech, our college is ranked as 87 by NIRF 2020 and 125 by NIRF 2019. For MBA, it is ranked as 83 by India Today 2019 and 60 by The Week 2019. Our college provides distance education, scholarships and courses. Admissions are provided based on LPUNEST exam. Lovely Professional University (LPU) highly believes in the fact that monetary constraints should not be an obstacle for students to have access to quality education. So, it extended the scholarship scheme, and it took that initiative to encourage the talent of students which may not be exposed due to financial constraints. Scholarships can be availed in all the programmes of the university, ranging from diploma to PhD. In the last seven years, the university has offered scholarships of worth more than 500 crores. COVID-19 Frontline Scholarship LPU offer scholarships of 20 crores to students of COVID-19 Frontline Work-Force and affected ones.
