NLSAT Result 2026: Date, Dwonload Score, Validity, Total Marks & Rank List

To check their qualifying status for the three-year LLB entrance exam of NLSIU Bangalore, candidates can follow the steps mentioned below: 

1. Go the official website, and click on the link to check NLSAT 2026 results or click here - https://admissions.nls.ac.in/ 
2. On the main result page, candidates need to login with their application number and password
3. The scorecard mentioning details of qualifying marks and category-wise ranks will appear on the screen
4. Candidates can download the NLSAT 2026 result cum scorecard to appear for further selection rounds

The exam authority will prepare the merit lists of NLSAT 2026 on the basis of following parameters:

• First Merit List - On the basis of scores obtained by candidates in Part A of NLSAT 2026 written exam
• Second Merit List - On the basis of scores obtained by candidates in Part B of NLSAT 2026 written exam ( only those candidates who qualify Part A will be shortlisted for score calculation of Part B of NLSAT 2026)
• Final Merit List - On the basis of consolidated scores obtained by candidates in Part B of NLSAT 2026 and Interview after the exam.

The selection criteria for both parts of NLSAT 2026 will be as under:

Part A selection criteria - In a ratio of 1:5 i.e 5 candidates per seat to be shortlisted 

Part B selection criteria - In a ratio of 1:2.5 i.e. 2-3 candidates per seat to be shortlisted 

Final selection criteria - 60 seats to be allotted to those candidates who qualify both Part B of NLSAT 2026, and the Interview round sucessfully.
