What is KLEE?
Kerala Law Entrance Exam (KLEE) is an entrance exam held for admission to government law colleges and government merit seats in private self-financing law colleges. Candidates who pass the exam can participate in the KLEE centralised allotment process (CAP) for the allotment of seats in the law colleges. There are 4 law colleges and around 20 private self-financing law colleges in Kerala that participate in CAP.
In the KLEE exam, 200 MCQ-type questions are asked. The total marks on the paper are 600, and the exam duration is two hours. Separate exams are held for 3-year LLB, 5-year LLB, and LLM courses.

KLEE 2026 counselling for 5-year LLB, 3-year LLB and LLM courses is being conducted online. The counselling process is a single-window seat allotment process. The results for KLEE for all courses have been announced online only. Candidates can use the following steps to download the KLEE 2026 scorecard-

There is no lower age limit for admission to the 3-year or 5-year LLB programme. The upper age limit for admission both the LLB Programme will be subject to the decision of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India.
