AP LAWCET, or Andhra Pradesh State Law Common Entrance Test, is a state-level entrance examination conducted for admission to 3-year LLB and 5-year LLB courses offered by law colleges affiliated law colleges of Andhra University. The exam is conducted by Acharya Nagarjuna University on behalf of Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE)

The AP LAWCET examines a candidate's aptitude and knowledge related to law. For admission to LLM courses, AP PGLCET is conducted. The registration process for AP LAWCET and AP PGLCET starts on the same date on the official APSCHE LAWCET website - cets.apsche.ap.gov.in/LAWCET.

Q:   What are the 5-year LLB eligibility criteria for the Andhra Pradesh LAWCET 2026?
A: 

As per the Andhra Pradesh LAWCET 2026 eligibility criteria for the 5-year LLB programme, candidates must have passed their Class 12 exam in a (10+2) pattern with a minimum of 45% marks. Candidates belonging to the SC/ST category need 40% marks in their intermediate exam to take the Andhra Pradesh LAWCET exam 2026 for admission to the integrated LLB programme. However, candidates belonging to backward classes (BC) require a minimum of 42% marks in their Class 12 to take the Andhra Pradesh LAWCET 2026.
