The total fee for MTech in IIIT Delhi ranges between INR 3.7 lakh and INR 6 lakh. NIT Trichy MTech fee is INR 1.4 lakh. As per placement statistics, the median package is recorded to be INR 18.17 LPA for IIITD and INR 7 LPA for NIT Trichy. Hence, it can be concluded that the fee is higher at IIITD. NIT Trichy admission process is entirely entrance-based. Candidates are required to qualify for national-level entrance exams such as JEE Main, IIT JAM, CAT, etc., for the respective courses.
