Currently, SASTRA Chennai admission is not open. As per external sources, the last date to apply for BTech courses was Jun 24 and Jun 14 for the integrated law programmes. Candidates can visit the university official website for more information on the admission schedule.

Admission to SASTRA Chennai (Deemed to be University) is entrance-based. Some of the national-level exams accepted are CUET/JEE Main/XAT,  CAT,  CMAT, etc. It is also crucial that the aspirants meet the course-specific minimum eligibility criteria. Admission to all the BTech courses is subject to JEE Main scores and Class 12 scores(given equal weightage) for 50% of the seats and is subject to Class 12 scores for the remaining 50% of the seats.
