Candidates seeking admission to MA are required to have completed their relevant UG degree. For further selection, candidates have to appear for OEE conducted by UniPune for final selection. The majority of MA courses are available on the campus of UniPune while a few chunks of MA specialisations are also offered by various affiliated colleges and recognised institutes under UniPune. After appearing for the exam, students are required to wait for the merit lists released on the official website of the university. Awesome college for those who want thrill.
Placements: 88 percent placement is offered in the Mechanical branch. The highest package is around 52 LPA, the lowest is around 3.5 LPA, and the average is around 15 LPA. Top recruiter is Tata. A lot of students get internships in different companies. We get a lot of leadership roles in companies easily as we are disciplined as in the Army and capable of handling tasks easily.
Infrastructure: We have Wi-Fi connection in both hostel and classroom for our studies. Facilities in hostel and food in mess are great compared to other colleges and PG's. Medical facilities are good as there is a doctor available 24/7. Sports and games are given a lot of importance as physical stability brings mental stability.
Faculty: Faculty are very helpful and teaching methods are nice. They help students to get better skills and academically. Most of the faculty are Ph.D. holders. I think the curriculum is relevant and gives us knowledge to perform well in industries. Semester exams are of average difficulty and 40 percent is the passing line.
Other: I have taken this course following my interest. The best thing about this course is that the job involves fieldwork. For improvement, as of now, I don't have any idea; hopefully I will get some idea by 2nd or 3rd year. Events, connectivity are wonderful and we get a lot of opportunities.

Placements: Manager of Microsoft, good placement of Computer Science students as well as other branches. Good opportunity placed in EK field companies. Almost 99 percent of college is placed over a good package. It gives a good opportunity to improve your tech skills and extra curriculum activities.
Infrastructure: Good facility with good hostel warden. The hostel warden is very good. Hostel warden regularly checks the room and checks different activities like the purity of water and the irregularities in electricity as well as hygiene of bathroom.
Faculty: Difficulty of semester exam is medium level. It’s not so hard and tough. We can score good marks if you are a medium learner also. Continuous tests will be taken for your performance checking. There is a good system of conducting exams and checking the performance of the student.
Other: Many events, scholarship campaigns, and many extra curriculum activities are conducted in college.

Placements: 92 to 94 percent of students are placed. The highest is 59 LPA, the lowest goes 3 LPA, and the average is 10.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Share Chat, Grow. 60 to 70 percent of students get internships. Top roles are SDE, full stack, backend engineers, data analyst, DevOps engineers.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi enabled campus, modern campus, projectors in each class, each department has specialized laboratories, computer labs, central library, reading hall, etc. Hostel life is good, sports culture is strong, separate for boys and girls. Rooms have beds, mattresses, study table, chair, and storage space. Mess food is nutritious. There are also cafeterias, juice and ice cream stalls, and a well-equipped gymnasium.
Faculty: Teachers are polite, experienced, and focused on student understanding. Now autonomous from 2025-2026 academic year, the course curriculum is balanced and relevant for industry exposure. It combines practical labs, project work, and soft skill development activities that help prepare students for placements and real-world problems. Semester exams are easy to moderate. Pass percent nearly 80-85 percent.
Other: I chose it because of the strong placement record, disciplined academic environment, and focus on technical skills. The things where the course could improve is the curriculum can feel slightly theory heavy and academic hours are more. In regards to fests, the college hosts technical, cultural, and sports fests. Scholarship for meritorious and needy students are available.

Good placements and college clubs, but has some restrictions.
Placements: The placement percentage of Computer Engineering and Information Technology branches is quite good. A new branch, Automation and Robotics Engineering, is added last year only. The packages are good, with an average of around 15 LPA for the Computer branch. The highest in the last few years is 1.12 CPA.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available in hostels and the library. The college has two messes, one for first and fourth-year students and the other for second and third-year students. The quality of food is okay and includes options for vegetarian and non-vegetarian. The college also has two canteens and a shopping complex which has a barber shop, juice center, and ice cream shop. The college has a football ground, cricket ground, table tennis and badminton hall. There are 3 volleyball courts and one Kabaddi court.
Faculty: The faculty is highly qualified, with an average experience of 15 years in teaching in the same college. They are always ready to help. With the college getting autonomy, it can design the syllabus on its own to align with the demands of industry. From this year onwards, all students will get a degree of B. Tech instead of BE. The semester exams are good enough, and most students pass the exams with good marks.
Other: One thing which could be better is removing the restrictions and constraints of the college. For college life, the campus is 30 acres only but still has a lot of clubs and college sports teams for students to take part in. The college is near an army cantonment area, so the atmosphere is clean and peaceful.

Very satisfied with the facilities and a very good ROI for you.
Placements: More than 98 percent of students are placed every year at AIT. The lowest package, to the best of my knowledge, is around 5 LPA, and the highest is around 60 LPA from Apple itself. The average is around 14 LPA. Top recruiting companies include Microsoft, Amazon, Google, CRED, and many more. Top roles mostly include data analytics and software engineers, but new positions like AI engineer are also coming along these days.
Infrastructure: The Wi-Fi is good, but since this is an Army college, basically for the students of defence personnel, discipline is there. Classrooms are good and the library is full of books and knowledge. Mess offers a variety of foods and is very satisfying for your appetite. Medical facilities are the best part, with 24x7 MI room and free-of-cost medicine. Sports and games are well built but a little less in capacity.
Faculty: Teachers and professors are one of the best. Worth the latest autonomy curriculum, syllabus is quite up to date and full of knowledge and insights. The course is extremely relevant compared to most of the other colleges, and exams are difficult as they should be. Pass percentage is very good, like more than 95 percent pass. Students are industry ready, and it also depends on the students themselves how they choose to take on the knowledge and apply it on their projects.
Other: This course is the one that is the most popular and aligns with the goals of my life. Best thing is obviously the updated curriculum. They could have added more valuable and varied subjects from the start and helped us apply that in real time. Rest all the points are very maintained and good.

AIT – The good and the worst.
Placements: Almost 90 percent placed with a median package of 8 LPA. The highest is around 56 LPA, the lowest 3.3 LPA. Top recruiting companies: ZS, Mastercard. Girls usually get placed higher than boys due to diversity hiring. Overall, the placements for girls are far better than boys.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is really bad, library is okay. Classrooms and campus feel kind of outdated. Quality of labs is average, but we have to adjust as we really can't do anything now. We've tried to file complaints a lot of times, but nothing really seems to help us students.
Faculty: Some teachers are helpful, some aren't. Most of them are very egoistic and only try to mentally harass students. There are some faculty members, whom I can't name for obvious reasons, who genuinely don't have any knowledge but are sent here by the University.
Other: I chose it because my parents wanted me to be in a strict college, army culture and everything is very lucrative for my family.
