VIT Amaravati BTech is offered via different schools across three major specialisations including Computer Science & Engineering, Electronics & Communication, and Mechanical. Furthermore, the University offers five sub-specialisations under BTech (CSE) and three under BTech (ECE). The duration of BTech is four years.
