For the opening and closing rounds, the National Institute of Technology Silchar cutoff 2018 was announced by JoSAA. The cutoffs were released based on All India and All India Female, as well as Home State and Home State Female. Students were shortlisted for the round of JoSAA counselling for various BTech and BTech Integrated courses based on their valid JEE Main results. NIT Sikkim considers GATE scores for admission to MTech. The GATE cutoff was between 359 and 526 for General AI category. MTech in CSE was the most competitive specialisation followed by Data Science & Engineering. The cutoff for CSE was 526 and 499 for DSE.
