IIIT Surat BTech is a four-year, full-time course offered across two specialisations Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE) and Computer Science Engineering (CSE). The UG-level course lasts for four years and is offered in a full-time mode. The BTech curriculum is spread across eight semesters.
IIIT Surat BTech admission is entrance-based. BTech programme admission is based on a valid rank in JEE-Main and the admission process is executed as per the guidelines established by Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA).
