As per the IIIT Allahabad cutoff 2023, the Last Round closing rank for BTech ranged between 5924 and 9558, among which Information Technology was the most competitive specialisation. The Round 1 closing rank for BTech ranged between 4817 and 8428 for BTech.

IIITDM Kancheepuram BTech CSE cutoff 2025 has been released for admissions to this university. B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering is the most sought-after course specialisation among candidates. For the General category All India quota, the cutoff range was 22123 and 16711 as per the last and first round results. For the OBC AI quota, the cutoff ranged from 28116 to 6002. Given below are the category-wise BTech CSE cutoff 2025. 

IIITDM Kancheepuram offers a BTech+ M.Tech degree together as a dual degree lasting for five years in the Computer Science and Engineering. The dual degree is spread across ten semesters. The cousre curriculum of the first six semesters is similar to the regular BTech degree. The postgraduate degree subjects begin in the seventh semester. The subjects offered under the dual degree are as follows:

IIITDM Kancheepuram offers a total of 559 seats for its BTech course. Candidates willing to secure the seats must participate in the JoSAA counselling rounds to secure the seats. The seats are further subdivided among its various specialisations. 

The Indian Institute of Information Technology, Design and Manufacturing, Kancheepuram BTech fee is INR 5.8 lakh - INR 7.3 lakh. This information is sourced from the official website/ sanctioning body and is subject to change.  Apart from the mentioned tuition fee, candidates also need to pay a one-time fee of INR 5,000. The cne-time payment includes the admission fee, certificate/ thesis fee, student welfare fee, infrastructure development fee, alumni life membership fee, publication fee/ library fee and cultural fee.
