QS World University Rankings 2026 have been released. According to the same, IIT Kharagpur ranks at #215 under the category 'World Universities'.
The GATE 2026 exam is underway for admission to ME/MTech and PhD courses, with the next sessions scheduled for Feb 14, 2026 and Feb 15, 2026.
A few more updates are given below:
- The JEE Advanced 2026 application form is expected to be released in April 2026, and the examination will be conducted on May 17, 2026.
- The JEE Main 2026 registrations for session 2 started for IIT Kharagpur admission to the BTech, BArch and BPlan courses. The last date to register for the same is Feb 25, 2026. Further, the session 2 exams will be conducted from Apr 2 to Apr 9, 2026.
- The IIT JAM 2026 admit cards can now be downloaded from the official portal for admission to the MSc course. Further, the IIT JAM exam 2026 is scheduled to be conducted on Feb 15, 2026.
