A college with world-class infrastructure, strong placements, and excellent college life.
Placements: The placement rate in our college varies by course. Around 80-90% of students got placed. The highest salary package offered is around 1 CPA - 2 LPA. The average salary package offered is around 15 LPA - 30 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is around 5 LPA - 8 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Google, Microsoft, and TCS. Around 70-90% of students got internships in companies like Tesla and Intel. Roles offered are analyst, engineer, and R&D.
Infrastructure: Our college offers Wi-Fi, advanced labs, modern classrooms, and a central library. Hostels are spacious and Wi-Fi enabled. The food served in the mess or canteen is very decent. Medical care is available 24X7 at BC Roy. Sports facilities include courts, a pool, and a large field to play.
Faculty: Semester exams in our college are challenging and emphasise conceptual understanding and problem-solving. Difficult varies by course and instructor. The pass percentage is high as most students prepare diligently and grades depend heavily on relative performance.
Other: Our college has good value for money.

The best experience of my life, good placements and India's top most institute.
Placements: Almost 70 to 80% of students got placed previous year and the top recruiting companies are Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Flipkart, etc. The highest package in the previous year was more than 50 lacs, when the lowest was less than 10 Lacs. Students also got internships from top companies like Microsoft and Amazon.
Infrastructure: Hostels are good There are 3 people in one room with a bed, table, and proper Wi-Fi connection, and there is also a mess, and there is also a library and gym in the hall. There is also a hospital on campus, and medical support is available. There are also many sports grounds where we can play football, basketball, badminton, and many more games.
Faculty: The teachers are highly qualified, their teaching is good, and the courses relevant we have in our syllabus are advanced calculus, chemistry, engineering, mechanics, and basic electronics. The semester exams are not too difficult but not too easy, and the passing percentage is, I think, 30%.

IIT Kharagpur has the best placements.
Placements: Our IIT provides the best placements. IIT college placement is good; almost 100 percent of students are placed every year. There were many roles offered to the students at that college. From my batch and my senior batch, almost 92 percent were placed. So this college is good and auspicious. The highest package is 53 LPA, the lowest package is 7.4 LPA, and the average package is 13 LPA.
Infrastructure: It's really great that the cafeteria food inside the college is budget-friendly. You can go to places like Domino's, Subways, and Nirula to have south Indian food, northern food, etc. People can even go outside the campus to places like Ball or other cafes to grab a bite or something. It's really up to you what kind of food you want to eat.
Faculty: The faculty is good. Most of the teachers are from reputed colleges and are Ph.D.-qualified. The teachers use a variety of methods to help students learn. The teachers are friendly and approachable. The quality of the teaching is very good. The curriculum is fair and somewhat relevant.

It is the largest and oldest campus of all IITs.
Placements: Placements are excellent. The highest salary package is offered by the CSE branch. The average salary package is offered by the mechanical branch. Top recruiting companies are Awaaz, IIT, and KGP Groups.
Infrastructure: All facilities are available in the hostel. Hostels are known as halls of residence. Triple-shared rooms are available. There are 6 common washrooms for 12 rooms. Classrooms are spacious. Each hostel room has a balcony.
Faculty: Faculty members are friendly with students. A few of them are also strict. The course curriculum is updated. We can also choose our course so that it will be useful during placements.

I'm satisfied with faculty and good exposure.
Placements: Around 80% of students get placed in our college and others went for higher studies. The highest salary package offered is 28 LPA, the lowest salary package is 4 LPA, and the average salary package is 13 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Tata Steel and Goldman Sachs. Amazon, Microsoft, and Google recruit students based on their coding skills. B.Tech students have to do internships compulsorily in their third year. Most of them do internships at Tata Steel.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available in our college. Classrooms are large and spacious. Labs are modernised with all the equipment. It has a central library in the main building which is the largest in Asia where students can find all sorts of books. Hostels are well facilitated but there is a shortage of electricity and water sometimes in summer. Food served in the mess is good in quantity and is healthy. BC Roy Hospital is provided for students. All the sports facilities are provided like football, athletics, volleyball, swimming, etc.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are friendly and knowledgeable. Most of them have done research work and many publications. Teaching quality is up to the mark. The course curriculum is relevant but it should be upgraded with courses like machine learning, artificial intelligence, and data science. Semester exams are moderately difficult as they majorly check the critical thinking of students. The grading system is relative. The pass percentage is 35%, but it may go down sometimes depending on the difficulty of the paper and relative performance.
Other: I chose this course to work at Tata Steel. This course load is less compared to other branches. Many events take place on campus frequently. Springfest is the cultural fest organised in January. Celebrities are invited to give their performances. Technical fest named Kshitij is organsied in our college. Ashneer Grover was invited this year. Departmental fests are organised in our college.

It is one of the best colleges in India to spend four years of quality time.
Placements: The percentage of students who were placed was around 99% in 2021. The highest salary package was around 17 LPA, and the average is about 8 to 9 LPA. Top recruiting companies include Google, Amazon, Vedanta, Oyo, Honeywell, etc. Many students apply for internships in their third year, and many companies hire them.
Infrastructure: All facilities are available in the college itself and we rarely need to go out of campus for any needs. The infrastructure other than some hall buildings is well maintained. The library is fully equipped with air conditioners, and labs are good. Sports and games are good. The food is decent in both the mess and canteen. All buildings have a high-speed internet connection.
Faculty: All teachers are highly qualified and very knowledgeable about the courses. They teach well. Semester exams are not so hard and can be passed without any hard preparation. The pass percentage is around 99%.
Other: I got this course by my rank in JEE Advanced 2021, and I preferred this college and opted for metallurgy. Currently, I am a fresher and I am optimistic about this course. One thing I got to know from seniors about this course is that there is a little problem for research purposes. I was in my home when our festival was held, and they managed quite well to celebrate it online. There were very exciting things happening on campus. The campus is well connected and has plenty of areas to watch. The campus has lush green vegetation and is lively. There are plenty of scholarships to apply for and many extracurricular activities like sports, drama, robotics, etc. There are many societies to join.

My stay at Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.
Placements: The placements will be very nice if you are in one of the top departments. The students of non-circuital departments have to thrive and do a lot of hard work in order to achieve or grab the offer. They have in their mind to develop an all-rounder sort of personality and should be constantly working for their goals.
Infrastructure: Labs are closed as of now and would be active in the upcoming semesters. We have lost many lab sessions because of the pandemic and as the situation is getting normal, the students won't face many problems. The central library is huge and overwhelming. It is the best spot on campus to study well. Wi-Fi is of good quality.
Faculty: The curriculum is dynamic in our college helping the students with their future endeavors. If he is interested in pursuing non-core jobs, he will shape his career in such a way that the curriculum is flexible for him, and he could take additional courses that would help him in his path. The professors would guide you through ups and downs in your path.

Record of the highest ever placement in India, the largest campus, great culture .
Placements: General placements are good enough. 95%+ students who register for placement get placed with a decent package. The highest package of this year is 67 Lacs and average package is 14.2 Lacs. Some Students prefer higher studies after the course or pursue research.
Infrastructure: IIT Kharagpur has the largest campus in india (approximately 2150 acres). World class labs available in campus. Classrooms are amazing. IIT KHARAGPUR library is one of the largest library of the asian. Wi-Fi is available everywhere with high-speed. Hostel provides internet through LAN with avg speed 1 gb per second. In 1st and 2nd year rooms are allotted on triple sharing.
Faculty: Basically courses are chill in IIT-Kharagpur except few. Prof are really good and highly qualified and highly experienced. All curriculum got updated after 2021 and new curriculum is really good and have more practical aspects. Semester exams level are moderate. Mostly all students are able to pass the exam if the put some efforts.
Other: Springfest an kshitij are fest of IIT-KHARAGPUR .
