MTech programme at IIT BHU Varanasi is one of the most popular programmes offered by the institution. It is a two year course and it is split in four semesters. The process of admission into any of the MTech programmes in IIT Varanasi depends on the performance of the candidates in Graduate Aptitude Test in engineering (GATE) exam. Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 55% aggregate is the basic eligibility for MSc offered at IIT Varanasi. Candidates with a minimum of aggregate are eligible for the course.
