NIT Delhi JEE Mains 2025 cutoffs have been published for admission to various BTech programmes. In the last round, JEE Main cutoffs for 2025 varied between the 11918 and 27467 values. Of all the specialisations, the most competitive was B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering with a cutoff rank closing at 18634 in the final round, among General category students under the All India Quota.
The least competitive brancehs were B.Tech. in Artificial Intelligence and Data Science and B.Tech. in Electronics and Communication Engineering, with lenient last-round cutoff ranks of 22028 and 28418, respectively.
