I am happy with NIT, Patna, as it is good with good placements.

Placements: Lots of students were placed in my course. The average package offered is 8+ LPA. The top companies are Oneplus, Adobe, Amazon, Infosys, Vedantu etc. Approximately 150 placements are offered in my course. Approximately 28 to 40% of students got internships. The lowest package offered is 2.5 LPA, and the highest package goes approximately 40 LPA.

Infrastructure: There are facilities like Wi-Fi, computer labs and other labs, good classrooms and a library. In my time, the hostel is old and average. But there is also some new hostel which looks good and also well-maintained. There are good medical facilities. You can play lots of games there and enjoy yourself. The mess is average. I eat in the mess, but sometimes, I go outside to eat.

Faculty: The teachers are very humble, well-qualified and always stand with you if you face any problem in your studies or something else. They also make fun along with studies to make us understand easily. Information technology curriculum makes every student industry-ready. It has very high potential.

Other: I chose IT because I have an interest in computers, and I want to get a job in an IT company. The latest technology should be used, and more practical knowledge must be provided. The campus is good, and many activities are conducted here.

I am not satisfied with my college because during my time very less amount of companies visited.

Placements: In my college almost 60% of student placed. The highest salary is 43 lac, average is 5.5 and the lowest is 3 lac. Oracle, OYO, ADOBE are the top recruiting companies. In my college job offers to the students like software engineer, software developer, software analyst, bde, sales and member of technical staff.

Infrastructure: In my college many facilities are available like wi-fi, food, canteen, night canteen, ground to play cricket, basketball, volleyball. There is one sac building where we can do medication and organize some fun event. In my college library is also there. Whenever students wants to read they can read.

Faculty: In my college faculty are good but they should have to improve them teaching quality and behaviour towards student. I would say that course curriculum is good there. Some faculty is also good there. Because they know everything. Some of the teachers does not give good marks to the student I do not know why?

NIT Patna is a good college for higher education in CSE, IT, and ECE.

Placements: In my batch approximately 90-95% students got placement. Approximately 80-90% students got placement in my senior batch. The highest, the lowest and average package offered in my college is 43lpa, 3.6lpa and 6lpa. There are lots of company visited in our college some of them are Sabre, Oracle, Oyo rooms, SAP labs, Samsung, Cognizant, Infosys, Pine labs, Sezar, keysight, Sigmoid, Infoedge etc. Most of students got the role of software developer and tester. Some them got business analyst post.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of NIT Patna is good. Wi-Fi is available for students in library, hostel, and inside campus. Classrooms are well organized for each department. Student can issue books from library. Approximately all the books are available in library. There is SAC building and a playground for indoor and outdoor games.

Faculty: The faculty of each subject is very knowledgeable. Some of them teaches students in very effective way. They gave you regular assignment. They will give you real life examples. The course curriculum activity is well organized in every semester. There are lots of practical labs and assignment.

Happy with the college because of faculty, average placements, and good infrastructure.

Placements: Placements in the college are good. The highest package offered to a student is 39 lacs per annum, and it was an exceptional case. The average package offered is somewhat around 9 lacs per annum. The minimum package offered is 3 lacs per annum. But according to me, placements have to improve more for the average students. Although, placement cell is working very hard to improve student's capability for achieving good placements.

Infrastructure: As NIT Patna comes under top NITs, the government is giving a lot of funds for the improvement of the infrastructure of college. The building is old, but it has all the latest facilities like Wi-Fi, advanced laboratory, digital library, etc. The campus has sports, medical, and indoor game facilities. The hostel is good, and as it is a government hostel, you can't expect facilities like that of a private hostel. But overall, life at NIT, Patna is good.

Faculty: The curriculum which is followed at NIT Patna is very much helpful. It includes all the latest technology and all the new languages in the market. Here, they focus on the overall personality development of the student. Professors are well-educated and helpful. NIT is also providing internships at different places with stipends.

Other: Life at NIT Patna is very much appreciated. The campus is situated in the middle of the city. Railway station, airport and all are nearby, and cabs and autos are available all the time. A shopping mall is also nearby. NIT Patna conducts many events through out the year for the enjoyment of students.

NIT, Patna is better than new IITs.

Placements: Placements in our college are good. All the renowned companies like Adobe, Microsoft, Google and ABB India visit the campus. The highest package varies every year. One of my seniors was offered approximately 35 LPA last year. The average package offered was between 5 LPA to 6 LPA, and the lowest package offered was 2 LPA. Internships are also included in the academia. Roles are offered according to the course of students. The college has a well-structured placement cell.

Infrastructure: The college has a central library which has all the necessary books, journals and reference materials. Doctors are available for medical emergencies. Sports facilities are very good at NIT, Patna. Three boys' hostels and two girls' hostels are available with all the basic facilities. Every department has laboratories with the latest equipment and technology. Wi-Fi access is available on the campus and hostel. A canteen is present where students can have tea, coffee, Maggie, biscuits, etc., at nominal charges.

Faculty: Faculty members are good, cooperative and helpful. NIT strictly follows the course curriculum of UGC. Teaching methodology is of high standards. Many seminars, webinars, industry and corporate visits are arranged by the college to provide a lot of real-time exposure along with studies.

Other: Corona is the annual tech fest conducted in the college. It is very famous in the country. Students from many colleges in India participate in the fest which gives us an opportunity to interact with the students of other colleges. The college has many societies like cultural, sports, etc. Scholarships are provided based on the performance of students in their academics. A women cell is available on the campus for protection of women rights.

Improving day by day. Administration could be better.

Placements: 130 % placement. Total 60 students were eligible for placement and 78 offer letter we got from different college including Amazon, SAP, Yodlee, Samsung, Oracle etc. Company started coming from start of 7th sem. And it went until last of 8th sem. Minimum package 3 LPA to 40 LPA.

Infrastructure: There are optical fiber everywhere. High-speed network 24/7. Library is open for all students for all stream. There are two type of library general and special. Book taken from general library has to submit after 15 days. But from special library you can borrow for whole semester but only 4 books. Tennis court area, cricket and football field is there. Also In Student activity center jim, jimnastic, chess, ceram every facility is there. Food will not meet expectation. New rooms are good but old are not. You have to climb some stairs since only few building have lift. Campus is small. In labs (electrical, Mechanical, chemical ) equipments are broken.

Faculty: Faculty are not trained with new technology. Classes might get canceled anytime. Labs are not good. Lab instructors don't know anything. Student to faculty ratio very poor. Last sem you will get chance to go to industry training. Is good but not faculty.

Other: Events are good but winner are set by seniors most of the time. They have merged sports fest and cultural fest.

Good facilities are available with somewhat bad infrastructure and good placements.

Placements: The placements are good here. In the last academic year in computer science department, the percent of students were placed are about 93%, with an average package of 4.5 lacs per annum. The highest package is 18 LPA, and the least package is 3.5 lacs per annum. About 70% of the students got an internship with an average stipend of 6500 rupees, the highest is 20,000 rupees, and the least is 5000 rupees. There is a placement cell, it is good and very efficient, and brings good companies. We got Amazon, TCS etc., companies for the placements.

Infrastructure: There is Wi-Fi everywhere on the campus. The labs are good with facilities, but classrooms are not up to the mark. The library is good, but all the references are not available. The sports and games facilities are good. There is a good student activity centre, indoor games, table tennis, squash, and badminton courts. There is a gym for girls and boys. The food in the canteen is not up to the mark, and in the present year there is no hostel facility for all, but the hostel building is ready and will be opened from the next academic year. The infrastructure is improving nowadays, so there might be no more problems, but the only problem is that the college is located in the city. Therefore there is crowd and noise from outside.

Faculty: The faculty are good with great qualification. The teaching quality is good, some teachers use projectors for tutorials and generally, they give good references. The student to faculty ratio is approximately 20:7. There is no industry exposure till now, but it is there for our seniors. This is the old course curriculum, not pretty useful, unless and until it is efficient.

Other: There are many extracurricular activities from different departments throughout the year. There are intra and inter sports meet every year. There is Springfest every year which happens very grandly. The campus surroundings are not good except Ganges river. The scholarships are not good, but we will get scholarships from private organisations. The college is pretty good for enjoyment. There are many holidays.

Make Mind For a engineering college.

Placements: Placement is good now. Many companies visit and hires students from every branch. The average package is 5 lacs per annum and max package in 2017 was 23 lacs. Most of the placements are from CSE and IT departments. From 2013 the placement is too good and package is also good.

Infrastructure: There is a girls' hostel and CSE department, mechanical depart electrical dept and library and canteen the campus is not so large but still good in infrastructure. We have many facilities like canteen gym tennis court library labs and hostels are also big and good.

Faculty: Faculty is good as for each course there is a different faculty and different courses are there for different branch all branches are good especially computer Science and engineering and information technology branch course structure is predefined by institution itself.
