Good infrastructure and good Placements throughout the year.
Placements: 60 to 70% students are placed in our course. The package between 4LPA to 12LPA has been offered. Top recruiting companies are BHEL, ONGC, etc. This year, Keyence offered, and some students got placed in Keyence. 60% of students got internship with a stipend.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is very good. Classrooms and labs should be very neat and disciplined. Network connection through Wi-Fi is unlimited. The quality of food is rich in taste. Two canteens are available, and a mess is available for both boys and girls separately.
Faculty: Teachers and staff are very helpful throughout your course. Teaching quality is good, and the course curriculum is relevant, as the students are ready to be placed in top core companies. Semester exams are almost coming in our syllabus. 90% of passed students.
Other: I chose this course because of my interest in electronics.

Placements: In our department, 100% of students get placements because they provide skill enhancement classes for all students. We have a project from the very first year. So we can learn skills for the project and we get hands on training when we complete our engineering. This is the main reason to get placements.
Infrastructure: Here, the infrastructure is good. The hostel is also good. There is no issue with the infrastructure because it has the Sairam Incubation Centre, which is very good. They help in our project, or if we want to start up a company. Hostel food is good, and they provide both vegetarian and non-vegetarian food separately.
Faculty: Here, faculty members are friendly with students. There is no issue with faculty members. The teaching staff members are well-qualified, and they clarify your doubts. For one semester, there are 3 CAT exams and one main exam with a lab. Exams are not that difficult, so we can refer to the previous year's question papers.

Placements: The percentage of placements for the last financial year 2023-2024 is around 84%. Most of the offers are from IT companies, and only a few core-related companies come for recruitment from the core departments of EEE, ECE, Mech, etc. Skill enhancement training for students to help them secure their dream packages and improve problem-solving skills is also provided.
Infrastructure: Sri Sairam Engineering College is integrated with a central library named "Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Digital Library," which has numerous books related to various domains and additional reference materials for students. We also have an incubation center with the latest technologies such as 3D printing, an AR/VR studio powered by NVIDIA RTX 4090 and 4070 systems, PCB designing and manufacturing machines, and drone technology.
Faculty: The syllabus is designed to cover existing engineering theories as well as the latest R&D-related technologies in respective domains. The syllabus contains five professional elective courses from which students may choose four to five options. The pass percentage in end-semester examinations is 50%, and the overall syllabus definitely prepares students for the industry.
