Andhra Pradesh Engineering Agricultural and Medical Common Entrance Test (AP EAMCET) has been renamed as Andhra Pradesh Engineering Agricultural and Pharmacy Common Entrance Test (AP EAPCET). The education minister of Andhra Pradesh did no share any reason behind renaming the exam and shared engineering, agriculture and pharmacy exams will be conducted under one category.

AP EAPCET 2021 will be conducted by JNTUK, Kakinada on behalf of APSCHE for admission to professional courses namely (a) BSc(Ag) / BSc(Hort) / BVSc & AH / BFSc / BTech (FST) / BSc (CA&BM),(b) BPharm / BTech (Bio-Technology) (BiPC) & (c) Pharm-D (BiPC). There is a small change in the AP EAPCET 2021 syllabus also. The application form is live from June 26 on sche.ap.gov.in. Candidates who are meeting the eligibility can apply until August 05 without late fee. Check more details pertaining to AP EAPCET below.

  1. Complex Numbers: 1.2.8-> Square root of a Complex Number and related problems in solved and exercise-1(b)
  2. Quadratic Expressions: 3.3-> Quadratic inequations including exercise-3(c)
  3. Theory of Equations: 4.4-> Transformation of Equations including exercise-4(d)
  4. Permutations and Combinations: Derivation of formula npr and ncr. Theorems:5.2.1 and 5.6.1
  5. Binomial Theorem: Entire Chapter Deleted.
  6. Partial fractions: 7.3.8 and including exercise 7(d)

Deletions from Measures of Dispersion and Probability:

  1. Measures of Dispersion - Range - Mean deviation - Variance and standard deviation of ungrouped/grouped data - Coefficient of variation and analysis of frequency distribution with equal means but different variances

  1. WAVES: Doppler effected and its two situations.
  2. RAY OPTICS AND OPTICAL INSTRUMENTS: Reflection of light by spherical mirrors, the mirror equation. Scattering of light reddish appearance of the sun at sunrise and sunset and blue colors of sky.

If candidates have focused well in their 10 and 10+2 classes, they can easily qualify in the exam. The question paper is similar to popular engineering entrance exams such as JEE Mains, but the difficulty level is of easy to moderate.

At the TS EAMCET exam centre, candidates need to follow the below guidelines - 

  • Reach the exam centre atleast 40-60 minutes before the reporting time.
  • Carry your government issued IDs.
  • Carry a passport size photo,

No, once being alloted the TS EAMCET exam centres, candidates will not be able to change it. The decision is final from the exam body.

The exam centre are located at major exam centres in Telangana State. While applying students will have to select the exam centre based on available options and their preferences.
