GUJCET 2026: The Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSEB) has closed the registrations for GUJCET 2026. The application form was released on December 16, 2025. Candidates meeting the minimum eligibility criteria could apply from gujcet.gseb.org. While filling the application form of GUJCET 2026, candidates had to upload all their documents as per the prescribed format, as one small mistake can lead to their candidature being cancelled.

Key Tips while submitting the documents for GUJCET 2026:
While submitting the GUJCET application form 2026, students must follow some of these key tips, which can come in handy -
- Scan signature from a white paper, not mobile photo as it will pixelate and the size will also be bulky, leading to rejection
- Ensure both photo and signature are clear and visible
- Use image editing software (like MS Paint or Canva) to meet exact size/dimension requirements

Before submitting the GUJCET application form, candidates must follow the below mentioned guidelines -
- The photo must be taken against white or light background and student’s face must be clearly visible.
- Student’s face must occupy approximately 50% of photograph area and they must look directly into the camera with a full frontal face view.
- The forehead, eyes, nose, cheeks, lips, and chin must be clearly visible and not obscured by hair, shadows, or cloth.
While getting clicked for the passport-sized photograph, students must not wear sunglasses or tinted glasses. They can wear clear glasses or reading glasses.
The image resolution should be at least 300 DPI.
Students must not upload "selfies" or mobile phone snapshots, as this will be rejected right away.

GUJCET 2026 Signature Guidelines
Just like the photograph guidelines, students must also follow certain rules while uploading the signature. Here are some of the rules to be followed -
The signatures must be done on plain white paper using black or dark blue ink
The scanned signature must be clearly visible
If the attachment is blurry or not visible, the application may be rejected
Ensure signature is scanned professionally; mobile phone photos of signature are not accepted. Although students can use mobile apps such as (Microsoft Lens) for scanning the signature.
GUJCET 2026: Additional Documents Required while Applying
To successfully submit the application form of GUJCET, candidates must pay the application fee in online mode or through the SBI E-Pay system. To successfully pay the fee online, they must have a debit card, credit card, or net banking details.

GUJCET 2026: Documents Upload Rules
While uploading the documents and registering for the GUJCET 2026, candidates must follow the steps mentioned here -
- The application form can be filled out from a laptop or desktop and not from a smartphone.
- The recommended hardware requirements include a minimum of Intel Core i3 Processor (4M Cache, 2.93 GHz) or higher, 2 GB of RAM (1 GB minimum)
- The system must have at least 1 GB of available disk space, and a screen resolution of 1024x768 pixels.
- It must run Windows 7 and above with a minimum internet speed of 1 Mbps.
- The laptop must support browsers such as Google Chrome, Internet Explorer 8, Safari, and Mozilla Firefox version 11.0 or later.
