How to Make Corrections in the GUJCET Application Form?

The exam body, Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSEB) provides correction facilities through the offline medium. For changes such as correcting a candidate's name or specific reservation category, modifications must be requested offline. To request these fundamental corrections, applicants need to submit a formal request form via email or postal mail.

Offline Correction Steps:

  1. Download the correction form directly from the official portal.
  2. Gather supporting documents, including copies of your Class 10 and 12 mark sheets, Aadhaar card, and the original printed application form.
  3. Send the completed form and attachments via email or mail them to the specified official address below:

GUJCET Application Correction Window: Key Documents for Verification

Before finalizing the changes in the GUJCET application form, candidates will have to verify their data and to ensure it matches the original certificates to ensure accuracy. Hence, they will also have to submit the supporting documents to justify their claim. Here are the documents required to apply for GUJCET to be shared to support the claim - 

  • Class 10 and 12 Mark Sheets.
  • Aadhaar Card or other valid Photo ID.

Q:   How is the GUJCET merit list prepared?

The GUJCET 2026 merit list is prepared based on merit marks of the 50% weightage of theory percentile issued by the respective board in the subject of Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry (or Biology for eligible branches) and 50% weightage of the percentile of the GUJCET 2026 examination in the corresponding subjects.

GUJCET Application Correction: Photo and Signature Specifications

If, while filling the GUJCET application form, it is flagged for poor image quality, they must re-upload files during the correction window by following the guidelines. Below mentioned are the GUJCET 2026 photo and signature

  • JPG/JPEG format is accepted.
  • Files must be between 5 KB and 50 KB.
  • Approximately 120px X 120px.
  • Photographs must have a white or very light background. Selfies or mobile snapshots are often rejected.
  • Use black or dark blue ink on plain white paper before scanning.

The last date to apply for GUJCET 2026 was January 16, 2026, with a late fee of INR 1,000, in addition to regular GUJCET 2026 Application Fee of INR 350.

There is no mention of GUJCET being accepted for BTech + MBA at Nirma University. Institute of Technology only mentions accepting JEE Mains for aforementioned course. Candidates are advised to ask this question from admission desk.

GUJCET cutoff 2026 for BTech admission under the Home State quota is not out yet. For the 2025 academic year, the cutoff closing was 9,721, while the overall engineering cutoffs ranged up to 50,921 at Parul University Vadodara.

Students who are from Gujarat have to appear for GUJCET exam for BTech admission in ITM SLS Baroda University. It is not compulsory for students who are not from Gujarat.

To check the official GUJCET merit list, students have to go to the official site of the GUJCET exam and search for either the merit or rank list. Only those students whose names are in the merit list are qualified for admission at C.K Pithawalla College of Engineering and Technology.

Yes, you could get into C.K Pithawalla College of Engineering and Technology with a GUJCET cutoff of 7000 if you belong to the General HS category. For this category, the overall cutoff ranged from 17666 to 50829. Hence, getting admission at this college would be possible with a rank of 7000.
