How to Make Corrections in the GUJCET Application Form?

The exam body, Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSEB) provides correction facilities through both online and offline medium, below is the process for the same.

GUJCET Online Correction Process

To modify general details into their already submitted application form, students will have to login into official website - gujcet.gseb.org and follow the steps here - 

  • Click on "GUJCET 2026 Login" or "Application Form Rectification" link.
  • Enter login credentials - User ID and Password.
  • Access the application and make necessary changes in the fields.
  • Review and save the updated information.

Offline Correction Process (GSEB Gandhinagar)

For fundamental changes (such as Name or specific category corrections), candidates can make offline changes. However, to do the same, they will be required to submit a physical form.

  • Download the form from the official website.
  • Attach required evidence, such as a copy of the Class 10/12 mark sheet, Aadhaar Card, and the original application printout.
  • Submit the form in person or via post to the address below -

Before finalizing the changes in the GUJCET application form, candidates will have to verify their data and to ensure it matches the original certificates to ensure accuracy. Hence, they will also have to submit the supporting documents to justify their claim. Here are the documents required to apply for GUJCET to be shared to support the claim - 

  • Class 10 and 12 Mark Sheets.
  • Aadhaar Card or other valid Photo ID.
  • Domicile certificate (if applicable).

If while filling the GUJCET application form, it is flagged for poor image quality, they must re-upload files during the correction window by following the guidelines. Below mentioned are the GUJCET 2026 photo and signature

  • JPG/JPEG format is accepted.
  • Files must be between 5 KB and 50 KB.
  • Approximately 120px X 120px.
  • Photographs must have a white or very light background. Selfies or mobile snapshots are often rejected.
  • Use black or dark blue ink on plain white paper before scanning.

The last date to apply for GUJCET 2026 was January 16, 2026, with a late fee of INR 1,000, in addition to regular GUJCET 2026 Application Fee of INR 350.
