GUJCET 2026 Application Fee: Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSEB) has closed GUJCET 2026 registrations with late fee. Candidates who failed to submit the form by January 6 could apply from January 7 to 16 with a late fee. To successfully submit the GUJCET application form 2026 students had to pay the application fee. 

As mentioned on the official website - gujcet.gseb.org, the GUJCET application fee was INR 350. This amount could be paid in online mode via credit card/debit card/net banking or via SBI-ePay option. The application fee was the same for all candidates irrespective of their category. While paying application form of GUJCET 2026, candidates must follow steps mentioned below- 

  • After completing GUJCET 2026 registration, students must log in to the website.
  • Click on "Payment" option
  • To pay prescribed GUJCET 2026 application fee of INR 350, click the "Pay Now" button.
  • Students can use any of the four options via SBI EPay system to pay the fee.
  • After successfully paying the fee, they must click on "Apply" to fill out the application form in detail and submit it.

How to Pay GUJCET 2026 Application Fee

Know how to pay the GUJCET application fee below:

  • Visit - gujcet.gseb.org
  • Complete registration using mobile number and email ID to receive OTP
  • Log in and navigate to "Fee Payment" section
  • Select preferred payment method (Online or SBI Branch Payment)
  • After successful payment, complete application form submission in detail
  • Upload scanned GUJCET documents photo and signature

GUJCET 2026 Payment Methods

Check the methods through which candidates can pay the GUJCET fee below:

Payment via Debit Card

  • Click on "Debit/Credit Card" and enter the required details.
  • No additional charges apply for payments made via Debit Card.

Payment via Credit Card

  • Click on "Debit/Credit Card" and enter the required details.
  • An additional charge of INR 4.54 will apply. The total amount to be paid is INR 354.54.

Payment via Internet Banking

Click on "Internet Banking" and select your bank from the list.

a) SBI Internet Banking: An additional charge of INR 5.90 applies. Total: INR 355.90.

b) Other Bank Internet Banking: An additional charge of INR 9.44 applies. Total: INR 359.44.

Offline Payment via SBI Bank Branch

Candidates who cannot pay using online options above can choose SBI Branch Payment option.

a) Click "SBI Branch Payment," enter Name, Mobile Number, and Email ID, and click "Pay Now" to generate a Challan (Cash Memo)

b) The Challan can be paid at any branch of State Bank of India (SBI).

c) SBI will charge a processing fee of INR 60 (including GST) per Challan.

d) The Challan is valid for only 7 days from date of generation.

e) Students must deposit Challan at bank at least 3 days before final deadline for GUJCET 2026 applications to ensure timely processing.

Pay through SBIePay gateway using following methods:

  • Online: Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or UPI.
  • Offline: Candidates can select the "SBI Branch Payment" option, print the generated payment slip, and pay cash at any State Bank of India (SBI) branch nationwide.

  1. The GUJCET application fee must be paid before filling out a detailed application form. The system only unlocks form-filling and document-uploading sections once fee is paid successfully.
  2. The application fee is non-refundable.
  3. There are no provisions for fee waivers; the amount is the same for all applicants irrespective of category.
  4. Candidates must download and print payment confirmation page or receipt, as it may be required during GUJCET Counselling or document verification.

What after the GUJCET 2026 Application Fee is paid?

Once the application fee is paid, the next process is as follows -

  • Fill the application form in detail by adding names, personal details, academic qualification and uploading scanned documents etc.
  • The exam body issues GUJCET admit card to all candidates who successfully submitted application form. The admit card was released in mid-March 2026 for the entrance exam held on March 29, 2026.
  • Managed by ACPC based on a merit list (60% weightage to Board marks and 40% to GUJCET score).

Students who are from Gujarat have to appear for GUJCET exam for BTech admission in ITM SLS Baroda University. It is not compulsory for students who are not from Gujarat.
