Reporting to the allotted institute is from August 28 to August 31, 2023. The Haryana BTech Round 1 seat allotment result was declared on August 11. Check list of required documents while reporting to the allotted institute.

Those candidates who are appearing for the physical reporting to the designated colleges will be required to carry their seat allotment order in orint format along with other requisite documents as mentioned. Also, candidates need to submit the fees for one semester. After verification of credentials and deposition of the admission fee, the institute will upload the admission details of the candidate on the HSTES website.
The filling up of choices and locking of choices for online centralized off-campus counselling for HSTES 2024 for Round 1 will begin soon on the offiical website. The result of the seat allotment by NIC for the first round of counselling will be announced on the official website. The Haryana B.Tech admisison counselling choice filling dates has been extended. The whole Counselling schedule will be announced soon.
Filling up of choices and locking of choices for HSTES 2024 Round 2 will be conducted online. Therefore, eligible candidates will get the chance to participate in HSTES 2024 counselling as per the scheduled date. The B.Tech. eligibility criteria for HSTES are mentioned below:
Minimum Academic Qualifications for B.E./B.Tech:
A candidate should pass a 10+2 examination from a recognised board in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or Biotechnology or subjects.
Diploma in Engineering holders can also apply for HSTES B.Tech. admission under the Lateral Entry scheme. Candidates must have at least 45% marks in Class 12 or Diploma in Engineering.
The eligibility criteria for B.Tech Biotechnology: Those candidates who want to secure B.Tech Biotechnology admission in Haryana must have passed Class 12 with Physics, Mathematics, or Biology as the compulsory subjects. The minimum qualifying percentage in Class 12 should be 45%.
Further, the domicile rule applies to only state-quota Haryana B.Tech. admissions. Candidates applying under the state quota must have passed Class 12 from Haryana.
