- Those appearing or awaiting results of Class 12 are also eligible to apply. However, such candidates have to provide their proof of qualification at the time of personal interview and final selection rounds.

For LLM Specialization courses, the eligibility criteria for ULSAT LLM 2022 is as under:
- Candidates who have secured 50% marks of higher in Class 10 and Class 12 or equivalent examination
- Candidates should have qualified an LLB degree from a BCI recognised law college
- They should have secured at least 50% marks in the LLB degree
- Those appearing or awaiting results of their LLB degree are also eligible to apply. However, such candidates have to provide their proof of qualification at the time of personal interview and final selection rounds.

The ULSAT entrance test is only for those who score less than 60% marks in their qualifying exam. Thus, candidates with more than 60% marks in their board exam and undergraduate exam can also apply to study UG and PG law courses offered by the School of Law UPES.
