VITEEE 2025 Application Form: Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT) has concluded the VITEEE application form 2025 process. Candidates were able to access the VITEEE 2025 application form at viteee.vit.ac.in until April 7, 2025. Previously, the VIT 2025 application form last date was March 31, 2025. Before filling out the application form, the candidates were advised to check the official VITEEE 2025 eligibility criteria. All of the details provided in the application form of VITEEE 2025 had to be valid. VIT 2025 Eligibility Criteria

The official VITEEE 2025 eligibility criteria can be checked below.

  • Candidates should be Resident/Non-Resident Indian National/OCI/PIO holders.
  • The date of birth should fall on or after July 1, 2003.
  • Candidates should have completed a 10+2th standard (or equivalent) qualifying examination from a recognized board.
  • Should have secured a minimum aggregate of 60% in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics/Biology in the qualifying exam. For the reserved categories, the required minimum aggregate marks are 50%.

VITEEE 2025 Application Form: Document Specifications

Candidates were advised to keep the following documents ready in the specifications before VITEEE 2025 registration. This helped the candidates to quickly fill out the application form and complete the process without any trouble.

  • Should be taken against a light background (white/off-white)
  • Should be a full-frontal view without tilting the face, both ears visible, open eyes with a neutral expression
  • No glare from spectacles and no blur in the focus.
  • Photograph should not be too dark or too bright but should have optimum exposure.
  • File Size: 20 KB to 300 KB
  • File Dimensions: 300 to 400 pixels (Width) x 400 to 550 pixels (Height)
  • File Format: JPEG
Signature
  • The signature has to be done with a dark blue or black pen.
  • File Size: 20 KB to 300 KB
  • File Dimensions: 3.5 cm (width) x 1.5 cm (height)

How to Fill VITEEE 2025 Application Form

Candidates could follow the given steps to fill out the VIT 2025 application form.

Step 1 – Registration: First, the candidates had to visit the official website at viteee.vit.ac.in. For registration, the candidates had to provide their full name, date of birth, gender, residential status, mobile number, and email address. An OTP was generated, and the candidates had to submit it.

Step 2 – Login: Next, the candidates had to log in using their registered email address and password. The authorities sent the password to the candidates after registration through email.

Step 3 – Filling of the application form: After logging in, the candidates had to fill out their personal, academic and contact details in the VITEEE application form. All of the submitted details had to be valid and as per the documents submitted in the entrance exam. The preferred VIT course also had to be selected.

Step 4 – Fee payment: Candidates were directed to the payment portal to pay the VITEEE 2025 application fee. Candidates were able to pay the fee online, i.e., through net banking/credit card/debit card.

Step 5 – Uploading of documents: Next, the candidates had to upload their passport-size photograph and signature as per the official specifications. If the documents did not meet the specifications, then the candidates were not able to submit the form.

Step 6 – Submission and printout: Finally, the candidates had to submit the application form and take a printout for future reference. The authorities will not accept any offline submissions of the application form.

VITEEE 2025 Application Correction Facility

The authorities are not expected to release any VIT 2025 application form correction facility. Therefore, the candidates are advised to check their details carefully before submitting them. In case of any mistakes, the candidates should immediately contact the authorities. The decision to accept or reject the correction request will be completely up to the authorities.

Competition for VIT Vellore CSE branch is really high. Safe VITEEE rank required for CSE is within 1500 to 1700. However, if your rank is more than, then you can opt for CSE with specialisation branches available at VIT Vellore.

No, VITEEE is conducted online at designated exam centres issued by the authorities. There is no chance of attempting VIT exam from home. Candidates have to register, book slot, download admit card and appear for the entrance test on the chosen date and time.

Rough sheets will be provided inside the VITEEE exam hall. Candidates will have to write their name, roll number and other details before using the rough pad. However, virtual and physical calculators are strictly not allowed during the exam. Candidates will have to do calculations manually.
