PDEU MTech 2026 application form is expected to release in February 2026. Online registration link will be updated on official website. While applying for PDEU MTech, candidates must provide their personal, academic, and communication details. After that, applicants have to select their course preferences and upload documents. Once, above steps are completed, candidates have to pay a non-refundable counselling/application fee of INR 500.
PDEU MTech 2026 Counselling Process
The authorities will conduct the PDEU MTech 2026 admission process in Phases I and II. Candidates can check process of each counselling phase below -
Phase - I (Only for the candidates having qualified with valid GATE scores):
- Admissions will be offered to the candidates on merit based on the GATE score.
- The remaining vacant seats, upon completing this Phase's admissions, will be transferred to the seats for Phase II admissions. The candidates who are not offered admission during Phase I, their application will be considered automatically for the Phase II admission process, and they will have to appear at the selection procedure of the second phase mentioned herein.
- All GATE-qualified candidates must upload the GATE Score Card as a part of the online application process.
- The criteria for deciding merit order in case of candidates having equal merit marks shall be based on the following sequence namely: a. All India rank for GATE. b. Marks out of 100 on the GATE scorecard. c. Aggregate marks / CPI of B. Tech. Degree.
Phase - II (for GATE / Non-GATE candidates):
Phase II admission process is meant for non-GATE candidates and candidates with a valid and qualified GATE score but are not offered admission during Phase I. A single merit list will be prepared for valid and qualified GATE and Non-GATE candidates on the following basis:
- Performance score obtained in personal Interview by the candidate
- 50% weightage of GATE score (applicable to GATE-qualified candidates).
NOTE - A candidate who has applied for more than one branch has to appear in a Personal Interview for all the respective branches separately
