KIITEE MTech Application Form 2026, Registration: Know How to Apply

Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology mentions the KIITEE eligibility criteria in its official notification. The eligibility criteria comprise details on age, educational qualifications, etc. To be eligible for KIIT B.Tech course, a candidate must have cleared Class 12th with at least 45% - 60% marks from a recognised institute or college. On the other hand, all candidates who possess a graduation degree with a minimum of 50% - 60% marks are eligible to apply for PG courses on offer at KIIT University and its constituent schools/ colleges. Applicants are advised to check the eligibility criteria before filling out the KIITEE application form. The eligibility criteria varies depending on the courses. Any candidate found ineligible at later stages will be declared disqualified from the KIITEE admission process. For more details, candidates can refer to the table given below.

B.Tech	Candidates who have passed the 10+2 examination in 2025 or are appearing in the 10+2 examination in 2026 are eligible to apply for the university's B.Tech (4 Years) course.  They should have studied in regular, full-time formal education during their schooling/college.  Pass in 10 +2 or equivalent with at least 60% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.  B.Tech & MTech. (Dual Degree) Biotechnology. Pass in 10+2 or equivalent with at least 60% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics/Biology taken together.  Should have been born on or after 01.07.2005
B.Tech.-LE	Diploma in relevant stream

 

Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology will release the KIITEE 2026 application form on its official website. Candidates can refer to the steps given below to complete the application form. 

• Visit the KIIT official website - kiitee.kiit.ac.in 2026. 
• Click on the direct link to apply for the Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology Entrance Examination. 
• Select the course preference from the drop-down menu. 
• Fill personal details in the required fields. 
• Upload the required documents as per the specifications. 
• Preview all the details and submit the application form for future reference.  

While submitting the KIITEE application form, candidates must upload specific documents as mentioned by the conducting body. Here are the following documents that are required while filling out the application form -

• A recent passport-sized photograph of not more than 50 Kb must be scanned and uploaded in JPG format. 
• A scanned copy of the signature is in JPG format. The size of the signature must not be more than 50 Kb. 
• Class 10th and 12th certificates and mark sheets must be uploaded in JPG format and must not exceed 1 MB. 

 

Candidates are advised to remember the following points while filling out the KIITEE application form 2026. 

• Candidates must have a good internet connection to proceed with the application form. 
• They must keep all the details ready. 
• Provide the correct e-mail ID, mobile number, and communication address. KIIT University will contact you regarding the examination using the shared contact details. 
• The candidate's name, date of birth, and father’s name should be entered exactly as mentioned in the candidate’s Class 10th certificate. 
• Do not leave the KIITEE 2026 application form incomplete in any respect. 
• Before submitting the form, crosscheck all the information carefully. 
• Ensure to choose the KIITEE 2026 exam centre wisely, as it cannot be changed once submitted.

KIITEE 2026 Exam Pattern

For the KIITEE 2026 exam, Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology provides the document upload facility separately by re-logging into the application portal. Therefore, candidates who cannot upload their documents at the time of filling out the application form can do so later by following the steps mentioned below: 

• Visit the official website of KIITEE - kiitee.kiit.ac.in 2026. 
• Click on Re-Login/ Upload Documents link 
• Enter the application number and date of birth in the required fields 
• Upload the necessary documents as per the specifications. 

The Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology is expected to commence the KIITEE 2026 application process in the fist week of November 2025. The last date to submit the application form will be announced through the official notification. Candidates can check the steps below on how to fill out the KIITEE application form 2026 -

Step-I

• Visit the official website  of KIITEE - kiitee.kiit.ac.in
• Click on the application form link
• The registration page will be displayed on the screen. 

Step-II 

• Candidates registered can log in using their KIITEE 2026 application number and password.
• Candidates who are new to the KIITEE registration must click on the "New Candidate Registration"
• At the time of "New Registration", candidates have to provide the following details -
  • First name
  • Middle name
  • Last name
  • Gender
  • Date of Birth
  • Mobile Number
  • E-mail ID
  • Aadhar card
  • Create password
  • Confirm password
  • Captcha

Step-III

Once the registration is completed, the KIITEE 2026 application number will be displayed on the screen, followed by the personal and educational qualifications status and document details. In this stage, the candidate must verify their mobile number. For verification, an OTP will be sent to the registered mobile number. 

Step- IV (Personal Details)

After verifying the contact details, candidates can proceed to fill out the rest of the details. The following details must be provided by the candidates -

• Father's e-mail ID
• Mother's name
• Mother's contact number
• Mother's e-mail ID
• Reservation category
• Nationality
• Religion
• Candidate's WhatsApp mobile number

• Captcha Code

Step V - (Educational Details)

After submitting their details, candidates must provide their educational details, which include the following: Applicants must select the course they want to apply for and then click on submit.

 

Once you hit the "submit" option, a screen with instructions and a document list will appear. Review all the details carefully and then fill out the KIITEE application form. In the educational qualification section, candidates have to provide the following details -

• Exam centre preferences (City 1 and City 2)
• Choice of specialisation for the specific course
• Qualification
• Qualifying Exam Status
• Percentage marks in aggregate
• Year of passing
• Class Xth Board Roll Number
• Class Xth Board Name 
• Class Xth (passing year)

After entering all the details, click to proceed to the next step. 

Step- VI Uploading of Documents

This is the final stage of the KIITEE 2025 application form. In this stage, candidates have to upload the following documents as per the specifications -

• Color photograph in JPG or JPEG format with a size not more than 50KB
• Signature in JPG or JPEG format with a size not more than 50 KB.
• Class Xth mark sheets in JPG or JPEG format, with a size of not more than 1 MB

Once all documents are uploaded, submit the application form and take a printout of the form for future purposes. 

 

After submitting the application form, candidates can check their KIITEE 2026 application form status online. Applicants are required to enter their application number and date of birth to check their KIIT application form status. • Enter the application number and date of birth in the required fields. 
• The form status will be available on the screen.
