Q:   Is it mandatory to get registered with the same state bar council where I have graduated from?

Key points related to State Bar Council Enrolment are: It is mandatory for candidates to get enrolled with a state bar council for filling the AIBE application form 3-year and 5-year LL.B. Graduates can get enrolled with state bar councils Some state bar councils conduct an online enrollment process, while in some states the candidate needs to visit the bar council office in person and collect the enrollment form. In case the candidate has passed the 3-year or 5-year LL.B. Programme before 2009-2010, they are not required to qualify the AIBE exam to practice in a court of law. Q:   How to learn time management for AIBE exam preparation?
A: 

The best way to keep a check on your time management skills is by practicing as many AIBE question papers and sample papers as posible. Although there is no sectional weightage in the exam, it is advised that you allot yourself time to attempt each question during practice. Also, you must complete attempting all the questions within 3.5 hours.  You should practice one mock tests every week to excel in the exam.

Final semester candidates of LLB without backlogs are eligible to apply for AIBE-20 exam. Because you are in 5th semester of LLB and AIBE 20 will be held in December 2025. So not eligible for AIBE 20.
