AIBE (20) XX Syllabus 2025: The Bar Council of India (BCI) syllabus for the AIBE XX (20) 2025 was released by the Bar Council of India. Candidates must check the topics and revised weightage in the AIBE exam syllabus 2025 provided here. Candidates who are appearing for the AIBE 20 Exam 2025 must go through the AIBE XX (20) 2025 syllabus carefully to ace up their preparation. Candidates can download the AIBE Syllabus PDF below. 

AIBE exam will be held on November 30, 2025, 1 PM to 3 PM, in 11 languages. As per AIBE 20 Exam Pattern, there will be around 100 MCQ type questions based on 19 law topics/subjects. There will not be any negative marking in the AIBE Examination. Read on to learn about AIBE XX (20) syllabus 2025, important topics, exam pattern and other relevant information.

Note: AIBE 2025 is not an open book exam, as students are no longer allowed to carry textbooks, notes, or any written stuff inside the exam hall. Only bare acts are allowed, provided they are without short notes/ comments.

What is new in AIBE 2025 Syllabus?

The Bar Council of India made no changes in the AIBE Syllabus. The AIBE Exam 2025 Syllabus includes 19 law subjects. Candidates can expect 10 questions from Constitutional Law, 8 questions from IPC, 10 questions from Criminal Procedure Code CrPC, legal maxims and so on.

Candidates can check the AIBE syllabus 2025 below. During the exam, only bare acts will be allowed, provided they do not have any short notes or comments.

  • Law of Contract: Learn Types of Contracts, Essentials of a Contract, Legal Rules Regarding Consideration, etc.

AIBE 2025 Exam Pattern

The AIBE 20 (XX) exam pattern 2025-26 should be consulted along with the syllabus. While the syllabus outlines the necessary topics as well as their weightage, on the other hand, the AIBE 20 2025 Exam Pattern explains the mode of the exam, types of questions asked, marking scheme, etc.The offline-based AIBE Exam carries 100 objective-type questions. As per the revised AIBE Exam Pattern, AIBE is not an open-book exam. As per the new exam pattern, candidates are allowed to carry Bare Acts without notes.

Tips & Tricks To Crack AIBE 2025

Some of the other tips and tricks to keep in mind while preparing for AIBE 2025 include

Yes, BCI released the AIBE admit card. It was released on November 15, 2025. Candidates must note that AIBE 20 Hall Ticket 2025 is released online only and no candidate will receive the admit card for AIBE 20 through post.
