What to do in case of AIBE Payment Failure?

After filling the AIBE XXII application form, if the payment fails, the candidates are advised to stay calm because there are various technical factors which contribute to the failure of payment. There can be two scenarios.

Scenario 1: The AIBE XX payment failed but the money was deducted. In this case, the candidates should try to pay the fee again after some time. Maybe at that time, the payment gateway has a large number of candidates attempting to pay their AIBE application fee.
The candidate should pay the fee again and wait for the fee confirmation page. The candidates can raise a grievance against the multiple payments through the dedicated AIBE 22 Grievance window.

Scenario 2: The payment failed and the amount was not deducted from the Account. In this case, the candidate can try to pay the application fee after some time.

In both cases, the candidates should make the payment and complete the AIBE 22 application. The multiple payments made will be refunded by the Bar Council of India.

No, one cannot get a CoP without having passed the AIBE if one completed his or her education with an LLB degree in or after 2009-2010. Passing the AIBE is mandatory for those who want to practice law on their own after completing an LLB degree from any recognised institution.
