Q: Congratulations! Did you expect to be one of the AIBE 2023 qualifiers?

A: Yes, I feel good after clearing exam. I think to practice but plans can change also in future.

Q: What was the preparation strategy that helped you qualify AIBE 2023?

A: My strategy for this exam was simple. To clear this exam, I took idea of basic concepts from all subjects, which were there in syllabus of exam. After that, I solved previous year question papers to test my knowledge without bare Acts because it could gave me an idea about my knowledge regarding laws. Although, the exam is open book but this strategy made me confident about exam because, I solved without bare Acts. Moreover, before few days of exam, I purchased mock tests from Amazon and solved them with the help of bare Acts and I noted time for my each attempt. In this way, I learned to manage time in exam as; it is the most crucial part of exam.

Q: How did you deal with your strengths and weaknesses while preparing for the exam?

A: Actually, it is my strength that I am very focused and goal oriented. My strength helped me to clear this exam in my first attempt. Moreover, in relation to my weakness I would say sometime we procrastinate to study but I managed this by reminding myself about the importance of this exam in my life that I cannot practice without clearing it.

Q: Could you tell us about your academic profile?

A: I have done BA.LLB (5 years) from a private university in Punjab. My academic profile is good, as I have passed graduation as First division with distinction. I have great interest in studies from my childhood.

Q: What are your plans for a law career now that you have successfully qualified for AIBE? Are you preparing for the Judiciary?

A: No, I am not preparing for judiciary rather I would like to do practice in any court.

Q: Was law always your first preference?

A: Yes, it was my first preference because it was my dream to become an advocate from my childhood.

Q: Any tips for AIBE aspirants?

A: I would suggest to all AIBE aspirants that please do not take this exam very lightly because it is open boom rather prepare it very seriously because questions can be a little tricky and you cannot always find them in bare Acts, as the case law based questions are not in Bare Acts. Lastly, I want to say study Bare Acts thoroughly to get idea of basic provisions before exam and solve mock tests and previous year question papers
