Contract Law Preparation Guide for AIBE (21) 2026

Contract Law is one of the most important and scoring subjects in the All India Bar Examination. As per the AIBE 21 Exam Syllabus 2026, the question paper will carry 8-10 questions from this subject. While there is no negative marking in the AIBE Exam 2026, candidates must not take the exam casually.

As per the past trends, it is highly expected that the AIBE Question Paper 2026 will have questions from this subject, as it usually has questions on bare act provisions, definitions, exceptions, and practical case-based situations.

For AIBE (21) 2026, Contract Law can become your biggest advantage if you prepare it with the right approach. Instead of reading the entire book, focus on high-weightage sections, repeated topics, previous year MCQs, and bare act revision. With just 7–10 days of disciplined practice, you can easily score full marks in this section.

With AIBE no longer an open-book exam, candidates' biggest challenge is to remember all the important sections. That is why Contract Law preparation must be section-oriented and revision-focused.
