AIBE 22 Application Form 2026 has been released. AIBE 22 Exam will be held on November 29, 2026, in pen-and-paper mode. Candidates will have to score a minimum qualifying mark to clear it. Only those candidates who pass the certification exam will be issued the COP, which is mandatory for practice in court. Read further to know more.
The All India Bar Examination is held for 100 marks. This means that to qualify AIBE Exam, General and OBC students will have to score 45 out of 100. For SC/ST candidates, it is 40 out of 100. All those who clear the AIBE 22 Exam 2026 are issued a Certificate of Practice. All lawyers must get a COP within two years of provisional enrollment. Without it, they won't be allowed to represent any case in court. The AIBE qualifying marks cutoff 2026 is the minimum marks a candidate must score to clear the AIBE 22 (XXII) 2026. It must be noted that AIBE 22 (XXII) Cut-off 2026 is always decided by the BCI.

AIBE XXII (22) Qualifying Cutoff 2026: Category-wise
To practice law in India, candidates must score the minimum passing marks known as the AIBE qualifying marks. For the general category, candidates must receive 45 per cent of possible marks, and for candidates from SC and ST, 40 per cent.
