AIBE 20 Exam 2025: The Bar Council of India (BCI) has not announced the AIBE 20 Exam Date 2025 yet. The BCI will announce all important details about AIBE Exam in AIBE 20 Notification 2025.  The official AIBE 20 (XX) Notification will carry details like AIBE Exam Date 2025, AIBE 20 Eligibility Criteria and other information. As per the revised AIBE 20 Passing Marks, General and OBC category candidates have to score 42 out of 100 and SC/ST candidates must score 37 out of 100 to qualify in the bar examination. Candidates who will clear the AIBE 2025 exam with the said AIBE 20 qualifying marks will receive Certificate of Practice.

All lawyers in the country must obtain the Certificate of Practice (COP) within two years of provisional enrollment. Only those advocates who have qualified AIBE (XX) 20 Exam 2025 will be issued COP to continue practising at the court of law in India.

The AIBE qualifying marks cutoff 2025 is the minimum marks a candidate must score to clear the AIBE 20 (XX) 2025. It must be noted that AIBE 20 (XX) Cut-off 2025 will be decided by the BCI.
