The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has started the registrations for the Karnataka NEET UG counselling 2026 on its official portal- cetonline.karnataka.gov.in. Candidates seeking admission to medical, dental and AYUSH courses in 2026-27 in Karnataka colleges need to register and submit their applications online within the stipulated deadline. The last date to take Karnataka NEET counselling 2026 registrations was July 31 2026. It may be noted here that the Karnataka NEET registration link will not open for Round 2 or 3 counselling. Hence, candidates must submit their applications now.

How to Register for Karnataka NEET UG Counselling 2026?
Candidates need to follow the given process for KEA NEET UG Counselling registrations:
- Go to official website- cetonline.karnataka.gov.in.
- Select UGNEET 2026
- Click on online application link.
- Enter the required details to register.
- Upload images of a recent passport-sized photograph, signature, and thumb impression (left hand).
- Pay the registration/counselling fee.
- Submit and save the application form

In addition, it is also mandatory to apply for the UGCET to participate in the KEA NEET UG counselling process. Karnataka NEET UG counselling application fee for NRI/OCI/PIO/Foreign nationals is INR 5500/-, for General/2A/2B/3A/3B it is INR 2500/-, and for SC/ST/Cat-I/PWD is INR 500/-. The KEA NEET UG registration fee can be paid online using a credit card/debit card/net banking. Candidates can also pay the fee offline by downloading the bank challan.
Karnataka NEET 2025 counselling will be held for the allotment of 85 per cent of the state quota seats. Admission to 9,133 MBBS and 2,619 BDS seats and 150 seats of St. John's Medical College in the state will be conducted through the Karnataka NEET counselling 2025.

Who can Register for Karnataka NEET Counselling 2026?
The following candidates can register for the Karnataka NEET counselling 2026:
- Those who have not registered for UGCET 2026.
- Those who have cleared the NEET 2026 exam by obtaining cutoff marks.
- The SC/ST/OBC eligiblity is applicable only for candidates belonging to Karnataka state.
- Candidates belonging to other states can register as well.
- OCI, PIO, NRI, foreign nationals and out-of-state candidates who are eligible for religious minority or NRI ward seats in St. John's Medical College need to book a slot and attend document verification.

For non-Karnataka candidates, after linking their NEET UG 2026 details on KEA portal, document verification entirely depends on whether you are claiming any special reservation category.
