IBPS Clerk 2025: The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection will announce IBPS Clerk final result on April 1, 2026. The mains exam was conducted on November 29. Along with the result of IBPS Clerk 2025, the cut off will also be released. The total marks allotted to the mains exam are 200. Marks are converted out of 100 for provisional allotment. Candidates should qualify the mains exam and should be high in merit for the provisional allotment process. Depending on the state-wise vacancies and business need of the participating public sector banks, shortlisted candidates will be provisionally allotted. Allotment is done based on merit-cum-preference. A total of 15701 vacancies are filled through the IBPS Clerk recruitment process.

Customer Service Associate (CSA) posts are included in public sector banks in India. The public sector banks use the scores of CRP to select candidates for their various branches. This is a good opportunity for candidates who are looking for a career in a nationalised bank. Based on the performance of candidates, they are eligible for promotion after two years. There are two process through which candidates get promotion. Candidates who get promoted through the normal process are not required to appear for JAIIB and CAIIB diplomas. They are promoted based on their experience, seniority and performance in the written exam which is conducted internally. For merit-based promotion, candidates are require to have JAIIB and CAIIB diplomas from the Indian Institute of Banking and Finance.

There is no interview in IBPS Clerk exam. The selection process comprises two stages-prelims and Mains. Candidates qualifying the prelims exam are called for the Mains exam.
