RRB Group D 2025 Recruitment: The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) will be closing the application for the RRB Group D recruitment 2025. As per the extended deadline, the RRB Group D 2025 application for 32,438 Level 1 posts will conclude on March 1, 2025. However, candidates will be able to pay the RRB Group D application fees by March 3 (11.59 PM). Further, the RRB Group D 2025 application correction window will open from March 4 to 13.
As per the revised RRB Group D eligibility criteria, the minimum educational qualification is now class 10th, with the ITI diploma no longer required for technical posts. The RRB Group D 2025 age limit for applicants is 18 to 36 years as of January 1, 2025. In consideration of the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, the board has granted a one-time age relaxation of three years.
How to fill out RRB Group D 2025 Application Form?
Candidates need to visit the official website to fill up the RRB Group D application form online. They can go through the steps to know how to apply for RRB Group D online:
- Go to the official website: rrbcdg.gov.in
- Click on the ‘New Registration’ link and enter the required details to create an account
- Use the generated registration number and password to access RRB Group D application
- Enter information such as educational qualifications, category, gender, religion, and other required details
- Select and prioritise the RRB Group D posts that the candidate wish to apply for
- Pay the RRB Group D application fee, choose preferred exam language, and enter details of photo ID and bank account (for fee refund, if applicable)
- Submit scanned copies of photograph, signature, and category certificate (for SC/ST candidates)
- Review the RRB Group D application form carefully before submitting it
- Save and print a copy of the submitted application for future references
RRB Group D Recruitment 2025 Application Fees
As per the RRB Group D notification released, the general category candidates must pay an application fee of INR 500, which will be refunded after appearing for the CBT. A reduced fee of INR 250 applies to candidates from specific categories, including PWBD, female, transgender, ex-servicemen, SC, ST, minority communities, and EBC, with the amount also refundable post-CBT.

The window to fill RRB Group D 2025 application form was extended by RRBs. The last date to fill the application form is March 1, 2025. Earlier, the last date to fill RRB Group D application form 2025 was February 22, 2025.
To check the application status, candidates are required to login with user ID and password. The application status of candidates displays whether their applications are accepted or rejected for the recruitment exam. Candidates whose applications are accepted by the examination authority are issued admit card. Before applying for RRB Group D exam, candidates should satisfy themselves that they fulfill all the eligibility norms including age, educational qualification(s) and medical standards. Candidates should ensure that they have requisite qualifications from recognized Board/Institute as on the date of closure of online registration. Those awaiting results of the final examination for the prescribed qualification are not eligible and hence should not apply.

RRB Group D application form 2025 was released on January 23, 2025 by the Railway Recruitment Boards. RRB Group D application form should be filled online only. The application fee is INR 500 (for all candidates except the fee concession categories).
