Applicants who want to appear in the AIIMS MSc Nursing entrance exam must know the exam pattern and syllabus. It will help them to plan their strategy to qualify for the exam. It is advised that students also need to practice from the previous year question papers of the AIIMS MSc Nursing exam.Â
The exam pattern of AIIMS MSc Nursing includes a marking scheme of correct, incorrect, and not attempted questions. For each correct answer, 1 mark will be awarded,d and for each incorrect, one third mark will be deducted. No deduction or addition for unattempted questions.Â
AIIMS MSc Nursing Percentile ScoreÂ
The percentile scores of the AIIMS MSc Nursing exam are based on the relative performance of all those who appear for the examination. The marks obtained by candidates are transformed into a scale ranging from 100 to 0 for each group of examinees. The percentile score indicates the percentage of candidates who have scored equal to or below that particular percentile in that examination.
The highest score is converted to a Percentile Score of 100. The marks obtained between the highest and lowest scores are also converted to appropriate Percentiles. Further to this, the percentile scores would be converted to 3 decimal places to avoid the bunching effect and therefore reduce ties.
