State Bank of India (SBI) conducted the Shift 2 prelims exam of SBI PO on November 1. The exam was conducted from 11.30 am to 12.30 pm. Candidates who appeared in the exam said that the difficulty level of the paper was moderate. The Reasoning and English sections were moderate. The English section was easy. According to the SBI PO prelims exam pattern, the test paper carried questions from English, Quant and Reasoning. The duration of the test was 60 minutes with sectional timings. The total marks allotted to the test are 100. On the basis of SBI PO prelims exam, candidates are selected for the mains exam. Yes. There is negative marking in the SBI PO exam in both Prelims and Mains for the objective-type questions. For every wrong answer 0.25 marks or 1/4th marks are deducted but for un attempted or skipped questions none of the marks are deducted.

The application fee for the SBI PO exam varies or differs as per the categories. For General and OBC category it is INR 750 and for SC/ST/PwBD there is no fee it is exempted.

The selection process of SBI PO exam consists of three rounds. The selection process is" Prelims, Mains and Interview. Several changes were also done in the exam pattern for the SBI PO exam.
