Staff Selection Commission (SSC) will soon announce the result of the SSC GD Constable 2025 exam. Shiksha.com is running a poll on ‘How confident are you about clearing the SSC GD 2025 Exam?’ to gather the opinion of candidates on how confident they are about qualifying the exam. According to Shiksha Polls on SSC GD result, 63 per cent of candidates said that they are very confident of clearing the SSC GD exam, 20 per cent stated that they are somewhat confident, and 17 per cent stated not sure. The SSC GD result 2025 will be announced based on the normalised scores. Candidates will get to know their qualification status through the SSC GD merit list 2025.
Based on the SSC GD result/ merit list PDF, candidates will be shortlisted for the Physical Test – PET/ PST. The SSC GD physical test 2025 will be conducted by the CAPF.

The SSC GD final result 2025 will be released soon. The SSC GD result will be announced based on the candidates' performance in the CBE, physical test and medical test. The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) declares the SSC GD Constable results at ssc.gov.in, along with the cut-off marks and merit list of candidates shortlisted for appointment in the forces.

SSC GD Expected Cut Off 2025
As per the SSC GD exam pattern, the SSC GD Constable exam carries a total of 160 marks. There are 80 questions of 2 marks each from Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning, General Awareness, and English/ Hindi. The SSC GD cut off 2025 marks will be released out of 160 marks based on the number of vacancies, the number of test-takers and the difficulty level of the SSC GD question paper. What’s Next After the SSC GD Result Declaration?
After the declaration of the SSC GD result 2025, the selected candidates will appear for the Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Physical Standard Test (PST). The SSC GD physical test 2025 will be conducted by the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), the nodal agency of CAPF. The shortlisted candidates need to fulfil the SSC GD physical eligibility 2025, such as height, weight and chest requirements. Candidates will also be required to take part in the race and complete it within the given SSC GD running time.
The final allocation of candidates is done based on the performance of candidates in the CBE and the preference chosen by the candidates. The SSC GD PST/PET and medical examination (DME) are qualifying in nature. Candidates need to get into the SSC GD final merit list to get shortlisted for post allocation.

The SSC GD Constable DV/ DME 2025 dates have not been announced yet. However, it is expected that the SSC GD medical exam will start in November 2025. The CRPF will soon announce the dates for the Constable DME exam after the declaration of PET/ PST result.
