CUET UG 2024 Physics Answer Key & Question Paper Analysis
CUET UG 2024: The National Testing Agency (NTA) released CUET 2024 answer key for Physics at exams.nta.ac.in/CUET-UG/. Candiates who appeared for CUET exam will be able to download the answer key online along with the CUET response sheet online. Candidates will be provided an opportunity to challenge the CUET answer key 2024 within the given period. NTA conducted the CUET UG Physics exam (paper code: 322) today on May 16, 2024, in shift 2A. The CUET Physics exam was held for 60 minutes from 3 to 4 PM in offline mode. Candidates who appeared for the exam can check the CUET UG Physics question paper analysis and expected cutoff, once the paper is over. CUET UG 2024 exam was conducted from May 15 to 24, 2024 in Pen & Paper and Computer-Based mode.

Common University Entrance Test (CUET) sample papers are released by the conducting body, National Testing Agency (NTA). To download the CUET question papers follow the steps below:
- Go to- CUET Question Paper
- Select CUET subject to download the question paper for
- Click on the tab download
- Create the login details for new registrations
- Link to download the CUET question paper will be sent on the registered email ID
- Click on the link provided and save the PDF.
CUET UG Language section will include 50 questions. Candidates must attempt all questions. There will be no optional questions.
The language section will check candidate's reading comprehension based on different types of passages. This section will also include questions from grammar. To prepare for the CUET UG language section, candidates must solve previous year question papers and mock tests to become familiar with the type of questions asked in the exam.
The CUET questions are objective in nature and carries four options also known as MCQs. Candidates will have to choose the correct answer option and click on it with the help of mouse. Since CUET UG 2026 exam will be conducted in a CBT mode, test-takers will be able to mark only one answer option. In case it is the correct option, students will get +5 marks and in case of wrong answer, negative marking scheme will be applied. Hence, candidates must ensure the accuracy of the answer before selecting the answer.
CUET UG Physics Question Paper Analysis: Difficulty Level
CUET UG 2024 Physics was of moderate moderate difficulty. As per the student's reaction, the CUET UG Physics section was primarily based upon concepts from the NCERT syllabus. Candidates found that familiarity with questions from previous years proved to be highly beneficial in aiding their preparation for CUET UG Physics exam.
According to one student, his CUET UG Physics exam 2024 was average. However, he attributed his ability to cope with the CUET Physics paper to his practice with previous years' question papers. Coming from a CBSE background, he found similarities in the difficulty level between his Class 12th board exam and the CUET UG Physics paper.
According to another student who took the CUET UG 2024 Physics exam, the difficulty level was manageable, with topics closely aligned with the NCERT syllabus. Additionally, he perceived CUET Physics to be less challenging compared to the Mathematics section.

Commonly asked questions
CUET UG question paper for each subject will consist of 50 questions. Candidates will be required to attempt all questions and no optional questions will be provided. In CUET UG 2026 there are 37 subjects- 13 languages, 23 domain subjects and general tests. While filling the CUET application form, candidates can select upto five CUET subjects aligning with the subjects studied in class 12th and course requirement.
Candidates must attempt all the questions of the subjects selected. However, candidates must keep in mind the negative marking and select the options carefully.

CUET Physics Marking Scheme
Those appearing for CUET UG 2024 must be aware of the marking scheme:
- The CUET UG Physics correct answer or the most appropriate answer will be given 5 marks
- Any incorrect option marked will be a -1 mark
- Unanswered/marked for review will be given no mark
- If more than one option is found to be correct then +5 will be given to only those who have marked any of the correct options
- If all options are found to be correct then +5 will be awarded to all those who have attempted the question
- If no options are found correct or a question is found to be wrong or a question is dropped, then all candidates who have attempted the dropped question will be given +5 marks
