AKTU BTech Eligibility & Highlights 2025
Dr APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University BTech is offered across multiple specialisations. These are offered through the affiliated colleges as well. The BTech specialisations offered by the university are Computer Science and Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Technology, etc. Selection for AKTU BTech course admission is based on JEE (Main) and CUET-UG (for some specialisations). AKTU acccepts IPU CET apart from other exams, for admission to BTech courses. The last-round closing ranks for admission were out. To get admission to BTech via IPU CET, the General AI category candidate must have a rank under 151726 for BTech in Computer Science & Engineering. For BTech in Information Technology, the rank must be below 154086 among the General AI category. Evidently, it is possible to get admission to for BTech at 150000 rank in IPU CET.
The direct admission is provided only on vacant seats at institution or college level. AKTU admission to the BTech course is based on the entrance exam score. The university and its affiliated colleges accept admission through various entrance exams.
