B.Tech. in Aeronautical Engineering - Batch of 2027

Satisfied with faculty members, good placements.
Placements: Around 70% of students are getting internships and placements from good companies. The students are selected based on their academic performance. Those who are getting above 8.5 CGPA are selected first for placements by faculty members and then filtered in the interview. After this filtration, they are sent to a company interview for campus placements.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the facilities is quite good. The hostel facility is fine. The aeronautical department has more advanced equipment and instruments for learning. More practical-based exposures are available. The first theory is covered and practical.
Faculty: Faculty members are good, and their teaching is quite understandable. Anyway, some staff may not be that promising, but still, we can ask for help from others and cover the portions for exams. The exams are conducted on the basis of what is taught in the classes.
Other: The events happening in the college are good. It has sports and extracurricular activities like NCC, horse riding, and more.

A good college with supportive faculty, strong lab infrastructure, and great friends.
Placements: The percentage of students who are recruited into companies from this university is around 40 percent. Some people go for higher studies and some join the defence forces. Around 30 percent of people start their own startups and become entrepreneurs.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of this Aeronautical course is very good, with all the facilities in the lab and the equipment needed to get hands-on experience in Aeronautical Engineering. But the hostel facilities are average, with bad maintenance of washrooms and the hand wash area in the mess.
Faculty: The faculty in this college really provides very good support that a student needs in his career. They guide students to get placements and also to do workshops and projects. The curriculum helps us to do many internships. The exams are strict, avoiding malpractice.
Other: The other students in the college are very friendly and supportive. The seniors give guidance about many opportunities that they got from their seniors and well-wishers.

Life in Hindustan, everything u need to know from an hindustaninan.
Placements: So for placements in our college is not that good but I don't know about comparison with other colleges so in our college out of 3000 students from engineering only 250+ only got placed ig and the highest LPA was 9 Lacs and the lowest was 3.5 Lacs and from my department big companies like being came and no my college do not provide internships and mostly in production role only our seniors got placed .
Infrastructure: So facilities are good in Hindustan like we have so many labs like aerodynamics lab, propulsion system lab and computer labs and only hostellers are provided with Wi-Fi and in hostels even though the fee is a bit high it is good and the food is good too .
Faculty: The teaching quality of hits from aeronautical department is good and very trained personal are there but self study is important in any college no faculty would spoon feed anyone and about exams are not that difficult if we study well but without studying and last time preparation in engineering won't even let u pass and the subjects are unique and great opportunity to learn through industry based subjects .

Satisfied with the curriculum but need more placements in relevant fields.
Placements: Around 50% of students were placed in the relevant course. The highest package was 6 LPA, and the lowest package was 3.5 LPA. Faltirons- a technical publication company and Indigo hired 3 persons for the post of fight dispatch operation. Internships were not provided. Graduate engineer trainee, technical publication author, and fight dispatch operation were roles offered.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure and facilities were good. It contained aircraft hanger, fight simulator, chetak helicopter, learjet aircraft, wind tunnels, etc. Different varieties of hostels were provided based on our requirements and comfort. Sports and games were available too. We could go for horse riding as well.
Faculty: Teaching quality was good but not the best. They were qualified and knowledgeable. The curriculum was relevant to our field and was the best. We feel it was not so industry-ready. We need a lot to learn apart from the curriculum. Difficulty level was quite moderate. The pass percentage was more than 70-75%.
Other: I have chosen this course to make a bright career in the aviation field. This course helped me to earn knowledge in various disciplines but I didn't get placed in a relevant field. They had offered an IT field which was not relevant to us. Only some of our friends got selected for the course-related jobs. Events and fests were good and were conducted once every semester.

Absolutely satisfied with the college.
Placements: Our course had a 90% placement rate, with the highest package being 10 Lacs per annum, the lowest being 4 Lacs per annum, and the average package being 6 Lacs per annum. In addition, 90% of students got internships from our course.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good, and the classrooms and labs are well-equipped. The library is good, and there are thousands of books. There are six canteens in the university.
Faculty: The faculty are very helpful and qualified teachers. The teaching quality is very nice. The course curriculum is relevant. The semester exams are easy to write, although some subjects like mathematics, physics, and chemistry are more difficult.
Other: I chose this course because I have a passion for aeronautical engineering. Hindustan University is one of the best aeronautical universities in India.
