I am placed in Cipla, and I have completed my course, so I know the faculty is so good.

Placements: Here 95% students are placed in this course. Top recruiting companies in 2023 were Schdoringer, DE Shaw India, Citibank, HSBC. In 2024, companies like Cipla, PWC, HP Petroliam, etc., along with Facebook and Jio. Roles offered in HSBC. The highest package is 15 LPA. The lowest package is 6 LPA. 95%+ students got internships in our course, including at HP Petroliam and medicine companies.

Infrastructure: Not our department, but also our full university provides Wi-Fi. Here, available a big-sized room lab, divided into some parts. The classroom is like a hall room, including 100 students. The faculty in our hostel is so good. Every day, the meal is good, with 2 days fish, 2 days chicken, 2 days egg, and 1 day veg. The university has 4 canteens, our department's nearest being AAHAR canteen. There, available chicken menu varies, noodles, porota, bread, etc.

Faculty: Our facility has 20 teachers; they are all very helpful. They are all Ph.D. holders with 5 to 10 years of teaching experience. Cultural programs include Teachers' Day, Pura Vacation, Sanskriti, U Turn, etc. The semester is not easy, but most students pass with a 95% maximum pass rate. We create many programming functions, and many companies come.

Other: Because here placement is very good, 95%+, and the university name is known to everyone. Department everything is good; I have no other wishes. Sanskrit, U Turn, puja, convocation. Campus is so crowded. Campus surrounding is so good, nature look is good, many trees around our department.

Best college better than IITs in terms of ROI (return of investments). .

Placements: The batch of 2022 has been exceptionally placed with the highest placement of INR 52 Lacs. The median salary was 12 Lacs and average salary was 11 Lacs. Top recruiters were Infosys, payU, increff, Honeywell, exxonMobil, etc. With the total of 90 students sat for the placement, 80+ got placed.

Infrastructure: Facilities provided by the college is good accordingly in comparison to the fees they take from students. The laboratory and other classes are well structured and clean. The quality of the hostels is poor and unhealthy for the students and so preferably most of the students take PGs or hostels near the college.

Faculty: The teachers are highly qualified with some of them are under 2% of the world scientist. They got deep knowledge of the field they are in. The course curriculum is well structured and in accordance with the latest design. The semester exams are moderately difficult to be precise.

Yes, Diploma in chemical engineering candidates are deemed eligible to do BE in chemical engineering in Jadavpur University. You can also apply for lateral entry (direct second-year admission) and for that you have to appear for State LEET exam (lateral entry exam).

Sorry, but you can't get any branch in Jadavpur University if you don't belong to West Bengal. If you belong to West Bengal then also you can't get chemical but yes, you can get any other branch.
