The placements for BTech at Saveetha Institute of medical and technical sciences are decent. According to 2023 engineering placements almost 97 percent of students got placed, and around 1400 placements were offered. The highest package which was offered to the students was INR 34 lpa and the lowest was INR 6.5 lpa. The placement rate of the Institute is very good and if the students work hard on his skills the he/she may definitely get high salary package. However, this would not be applicable in the case of minority institutions referred to the Clause (1) of Article 30 of the Constitution of India.

Admissions to Saveetha Medical College can be obtained only if students qualify for entrance exams of the respective courses. For medical courses like MBBS, it's not possible to get admission without appearing for the NEET exam. Without qualification for entrance exams, one would not be eligible for admission. Entrance exams might not be required for non-medical courses like B. Sc or BA. Technical courses like engineering usually require entrance exams like JEE Mains.
