According to 2023 engineering placements almost 97 percent of students got placed, and around 1400 placements were offered. The placement rate of the Institute is very good and if the students work hard on his skills the he/she may definitely get high salary package. The Institute provides internship to the student which give them practical knowledge and through that students can easily crack the interviews.

According to the previous year's data available on the official website of the university, it shows that the State Government/ UT/ Directorate of Technical Education shall ensure that 10% of reservations for the Economically Weaker Section (EWS) as per the reservation policy. Additionally, the university also reserved the setas for minorities i.e., SC/ ST/ OBC category. However, this would not be applicable in the case of minority institutions referred to the Clause (1) of Article 30 of the Constitution of India.

Admissions to Saveetha Medical College can be obtained only if students qualify for entrance exams of the respective courses. For medical courses like MBBS, it's not possible to get admission without appearing for the NEET exam. Without qualification for entrance exams, one would not be eligible for admission.
