Best college for Engineering .

Placements: More than 90% of students got placement in multinational companies from all over the globe. It was worth it, as the minimum package for students as freshers was 10 LPA, and it went up to 20 LPA. The placement cell of the college is very powerful.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure was very big and beautiful. The environment was well-maintained and very clean and hygienic. Each and every corner of the institution was great and felt like heaven. I would love going to college because of the beautiful environment.

Faculty: The faculty were all well-qualified in their particular subjects. An awesome practical experience was provided to all the students. I understood many things, which are helping me now in my civil engineering journey. I have become a successful engineer from SRM College because of the great curriculum.

Review of SRM Institute of Science and Technology.

Placements: Placements are average. Almost 70% of students got placed in this course. The minimum salary package offered was 2 LPA. The maximum salary package offered was 20 LPA. Many students got internships in this course. The top recruiting company is L&T.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is average. Classrooms are very good. Our campus is not Wi-Fi-enabled. Laboratories are decent. There is a decent library in this college. Hostel is not good. The food quality is average. The food served in the canteen is good at affordable prices.

Faculty: Our college provides good education for the current generation. The teaching quality is good. Semester exams are tough. The pass percentage is 50%.

It is not the college which decides your future, and it depends on you and the people around you.

Placements: Nearly 80% of the students from our course will get placements. In the core field, only 2% of the students got placed in companies like L&T, etc., with a salary package of 6.5 LPA. Top roles were not offered in campus placements during my tenure, but I think it might be changed. You can get more information from management and placement cell.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure available for civil engineering was awesome than any other departments. We have all technical and technological support to analyse the materials need for our project. Even after completing the course, you can visit the campus to use those facilities. In the hostel, we have good food and both South Indian and North Indian food and get Wi-Fi and gym facilities.

Faculty: Teachers here were very knowledgeable. They know what to teach and how to teach students so that they can understand. Most of them are qualified from the same university. The course curriculum is relatively relevant. It makes students ready for the industry and makes them successful entrepreneur also. So, it depends on your choice.

Other: Our college has NSS and other clubs. There are dual-degree programs where you can get 2 degrees while studying.

It is the best college, and students can have the best college life.

Placements: Last year, the placements in our college were good, and 85% of the students were placed. Almost 58 students got placed from the civil department, in good core and IT companies. So, the number of companies and placements are increasing every year. Therefore, students have great opportunities to get their dream job and dream company.

Infrastructure: The campus is quite small, but the area around the campus is good. Students don't have any issues related to food and other facilities. All the facilities are available in the campus. The campus is spread over around 35 acres, and all the facilities required for the students are provided. Different labs, basketball court, volleyball court, parking space, and auditorium are available on the campus. Therefore, students can fulfil their needs properly and have a good experience on this campus.

Faculty: Faculty members in our college are one of the most excellent faculty, among all the SRM branches in India. Faculty members are very helpful, friendly and have great teaching experience. Faculty members have good knowledge, which can help the students in future, for their career. They also guide you to have a good your career.

Other: Regular events are conducted by every department, and a culture fest is also organised every year.

The placements are good in my college, in 2015.

Placements: The placements are good for CSE, ECE, IT, EEE branches students and other students are too many problems regarding placements. In my point of view, 15-20 percent will get the internship from college. Rs. 10,000-Rs. 15,000 will be offered as a stipend for an internship, and the lowest amount is Rs. 10,000. The placement cell is there, but in my point of view, it can't be helpful.

Infrastructure: Free Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, library, medical facilities, sports and games are available on the campus. Labs and classrooms are too good, and especially I like labs. The quality of the canteens is below average. They will be providing three type of hostel rooms like a normal hostel, international hostel and AC hostel.

Faculty: Only a few senior faculty members have great knowledge. The teaching quality of the seniors is too good. Mostly, teachers are following the senior faculty notes. There is no industry exposure. In my point, only senior most faculty teachers are too good. They will help a lot in solving a problem.

Absolutely satisfied if ones want to join SRM.

Placements: The placement policy is very good. Each student gets atleast 2 to 3 job offers front the top recruiters of this country and also from abroad. Their is no limit of packages. For every course their company visits the campus amd recruit the students. For the placement, college helps you and prepare you from your first semester. So their is no need to worry about placements if you want to join their.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is very good. SRM provides all facilities to the students which they needed for achieving their dream. Labs and class are fully air conditioner. All facilities are provided in the labs. And classrooms are like smart classrooms with projectors.

Faculty: The faculty members are very supportive. You can ask their help at any time and about anything irrespective of your course also. The courses are updated and their are labs for students which are open 24x7 for students. Their students can go and study without any problem.

Other: Their are lots of activities going on in SRM.

The review of SRM Institute of Science and Technology.

Placements: The placements on the campus are not at all up to the mark. This year, the placements have been the worst. Only one or two core companies have visited the campus, and the rest are either IT or sales company. Even the placement authority of the institute is forcing the students to apply for the sales.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure on the campus is average. It is nothing compared to its main campus in Kattankulathur. No proper playground within the campus, where the students can play except a basketball court. The hostel doesn't provide all the facilities as promised before admission, and the hostel food quality is below average.

Faculty: Some faculty members are good and qualified with proper knowledge whereas many faculty members don't give proper technical guidance to the students. The students don't get much help from faculty members except some, and some behave badly with students. Frankly, the institute is not concerned about the technical education of students.

Other: The events and the fests are a few, and the authority doesn't encourage much.
