Best university with good campus.
Placements: 100 percent of students were placed in highly paying jobs under reputed companies. The highest package was 5 LPA, and the lowest was 3 LPA. Placements were also promised at the time of admission. The recruiters were also good. Everyone got decent-paying jobs.
Infrastructure: Our college had the best exposure, including free Wi-Fi, the best libraries, classrooms, etc. The environment too was good. The hostel was also decent, servicing good mess food. The staff are also very loyal to their jobs. The university has all the facilities to showcase our talents.
Faculty: The teachers are the best with good experience of teaching and helping with a good pass percentage. They are using all the best gadgets to make teaching easier. This course very much makes students industry-ready by providing good internship opportunities. The semester exams are of medium level.
Other: I was a lot into animated cartoons, so I wanted to learn the procedures.

Hostels and placements are good
Placements: In multimedia and animation course, placements are purely based upon your talent. It's a 3-year course in which the last semester has an internship for 4-6 months where you get to display your talent and get jobs. If your portfolio is good, you will automatically get a job. Marks is only to sit in the placement interview after that, it's just your portfolio. Last year, 80-90% of students got placed in our course.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is great and the hostels are also great. We have a 5 floored big library which is completely filled with books and computers in which you can read and write any time of the day. Hostels have everything you want, like laundry, Wi-Fi, clean toilets. The quality of food is not that great but you will get used to it once you spend 1-2 months in the hostel.
Faculty: All the faculty members are good and have knowledge about their subjects. Some of the faculty members have been awarded with prestigious awards in their respective fields. All of them are helpful and give us all the assistance we want 24/7.

I am absolutely satisfied with the friendly infrastructure provided by our college.
Placements: About 40% of the students from our course were placed. The highest salary offered was Rs. 20,000 per month and the lowest salary offered was Rs. 10,000 per month. Reputed companies didn't visit our college for placements. Top roles in our course are offered in the 3D field. The average salary offered in our course is Rs. 15,000 per month. About 20% of the students got internships from our course, but internships are not offered by reputed companies.
Infrastructure: Our college provides labs, green matte studio, photography studio and free limited Wi-Fi facility throughout the college. Our college also has a library with maximum configuration systems. Our college has the best hostel, and the quality of the food served is really awesome. Our college provides free medical services and every sport and game facility. It also conducts great events every year by inviting celebrities.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful here, and their quality of teaching is like teaching provided in intermediate. They are qualified with basic knowledge only. They train you to get placed, but in terms of training how to work in this field, they are not much helpful. The course curriculum is relevant. Media has the future, so you get jobs everywhere.

A Best place to learn about international standards, industry exposure, and more over good environme
Placements: VIT has separate placement cell. And it takes control over placements and internships. Average stipend for internship is 7500 and average salary for placement is around 35000 after getting permanent. Internship also can be done in distance also for our course. Even after becoming alumni they care about our career by making calls from placement cell to know got placed or not.
Infrastructure: One of the top infrastructure University in India. World class library, auditorium, smart class, indoor stadiums. Etc. Well-equipped lab and studio. Free Wi-Fi for everyone. Good quality of food both North and South Indian. Well maintained and clean campus. Foot path with shelters and trees all around the campus.
Faculty: Faculty members are well qualified and experienced. 1:15 faculty ratio. Course curriculum is industry standard and good exposure for work experience. For my course it's most of practical based 2:1 practical and theory. There is support faculty to guide through. Teaching methods were digital with best examples.
Other: One of the best culturals fest in India called Riviera will happen every year about 4 days. And Gravitas is a festival innovative things in IT, engineering, management. Etc. Around 27000 students in whole campus. Neraly 2000-3000 working staff and 1500 faculty members. Scholarship for below poverty level students and also for international universities related programs.

Fairly satisfied with faculties and awesome infrastructure facilities are good. No Placement 2015
Placements: On the time of completion there were no campus placement for our department. Execpt that every other department is getting a fair placement on the university. Many students are getting a dream offer in the college. My seniors got a placement in Bangalore 8000 salary. We didnt got a job offer for my entire batch of multimedia and animation.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure required awesome the buildings for like completely sophisticated the library had a complete set of books which will be needing for the course and for the general knowledge. The lab facility is completely modern for the course and to develop the knowledge about the structure both within the syllabus and to research cases. Classroom are having projectors for more interactive session of lectures. Wi-Fi is available inside the campus in certain places.
Faculty: The faculty members are qualified enough to teach us and make us experience the knowledge of the course. They personally took care of the student learning skills by assigning tasks for individuals. The quality of the teaching is like unmatchable. The curriculum was a little old but explained us about basic and intermediate knowledge about multimedia and animation.
Other: The sports event will be held in a very grand manner. Gravitas and riviera are the cultural event which happen yearly once.

You have entrance exam only for B.Tech, M.Tech & Research courses and there is no entrance exam for other courses in VIT. The students for other courses will be selected based on the marks obtained in HSC or its equivalent for UG and based on Degree percentage for PG.
