IIIT Allahabad Cutoff 2025: Check JEE Main Round Wise Closing Ranks

As per the GATE cutoff 2025, the top two most challenging M.E./M.Tech specialisations were M.Tech. in Bioinformatics + Ph.D. and M.Tech.+Ph.D in IT with specialization in Machine Learning, Robotics and Human Computer Interaction Group with last round cutoff scores of 702 and 648, respectively, for the General AI quota. IIIT Allahabad cut off 2025 was concluded for M.E./M.Tech admission based on GATE entrance exam score, followed by CCMN counselling. The cutoff was released as scores for different categories belonging to the AI and HS quotas. IIIT Allahabad GATE cutoff 2025 ranged between 358 and 702, wherein M.Tech. in Bioinformatics + Ph.D. emerged as the most sought-after specialisation for admission in the General AI category.

In the first round, the cutoff was in the range of 439 and 702 for the students belonging to the General AI quota.

The easy-to-grab specialisations after M.Tech. in Bioinformatics + Ph.D. were M.Tech.+Ph.D in IT with specialization in Machine Learning, Robotics and Human Computer Interaction Group and M.Tech. in Software and Data Engineering, for which the cutoff scores concluded at 648 and 605, respectively, for the General AI quota. For M.E./M.Tech admission at IIIT Allahabad - Indian Institute of Information Technology, candidates need to appear for the GATE entrance exam.
