As per the data fetched from multiple media reports, the IIT Kharagpur highest package offered so far during 2025 placements was above INR 2.14 crore per annum. The batch has received over 1800 job offers, including 409 PPOs and 25 international offers.

Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kharagpur is built over an area of 8.7-square-kilometre (2,100-acre) campus and has a number of facilities for the students.
