For 2022, cut off was 4189 for General category candidates in All India quota for B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering in IIT Roorkee - Indian Institute of Technology. IIT Roorkee offers a four-year BTech programme across 11 specialisations along with a five-year integrated BTech + MTech programmes across two specialisations. The BTech course is the flagship programme of IIT Roorkee. The selection of candidates for the IIT Roorkee BTech programme is based on their JEE Advanced score. To be eligible for the same, aspirants must have completed their Class 12 with a valid score.

The centralised counselling process is managed and regulated by the JoSAA, based on which the candidates are allotted seats. Candidates seeking admission to BTech in CSE must target to secure a JEE Advanced rank of up to 550 or below. Please note that the cutoff ranks vary for different rounds, specialisations, and categories.

IIT Roorkee BTech cutoff 2024 has been released across multiple specialisations. Based on the Round 5 seat allotment, the BTech cutoff scores ranged between 481 and, 7286 for the General AII India category students. Among all the BTech specialisations, BTech in CSE is the most competitive specialisation. The Last Round for Computer Science and Engineering is 481 for the General AI category.
